The greatest car buying experience i?ve ever had. Buying a car is a big deal and I hadn?t done it in 10 years. I tried so so many vehicles looking for the perfect fit as some health challenges have left me like the princess and the pea- not comfortable while driving. I found the perfect certified used BMW X5 with all the features I was looking for (and still has buttons!). My Salesman, Scott, was incredibly kind, didn?t hassle me at all, and was patient with all my questions. They took care of a few minor items on the vehicle and service was fantastic on those items. My story: on Saturday Morning 5/31 I was blindsided in my BMW X6 (also a BMW Manchester acquisition). By the morning of Wednesday 6/4 the insurance company totaled my car. By Wednesday at 6PM I was driving out of the Manchester BMW dealership with a perfect solution to my needs. His expertise and kindness were remarkable, and he took the time to ensure I understood all the features of my BMW. I am grateful for his assistance and would highly recommend his services to everyone. Overall, I would give a five-star review to both Noah and David. Thank you for making my car-buying experience outstanding! Sorry, Nick in Finance, I’m giving you a one star. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
