Excellent experience all the way around! A special thanks to Brett Harness for following up with me and making my vehicle purchase happen even though I inquired about a different vehicle a month before. I was extremely pleased with everyone involved in the entire transaction at this dealership. Highly recommended!!

Laura Buick GMC review
As always the experience at Laura Buick GMC was excellent and we could not be happier with the vehicle we purchased. The entire team starting with our sales person went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the vehicle we wanted at the best price possible. We have bought multiple vehicles from Laura Buick GMC and will continue to buy from them in the future.
2019 BMW X3 review
I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

BMW of West St. Louis review
I had a great experiencing purchasing my car from BMW of West St. Louis. Dawn D. is an excellent person to work with. My purchase was remote and she acted as my eyes and ears, providing a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle I selected as if it were her own. She answered questions, made a video and was readily available to answer questions leading up to and through the purchasing process. The shipping process was seamless with a fast turnaround time. Armin H. was great on the purchasing side of the process. Extremely detailed and clear on cost, warranties, etc. All around great team to work with!
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Great store. Good and honest people. Prices were fair. Internet department was awesome! I didn't buy this time, but I'll be back.
2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

BMW of West St. Louis review
Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by Veronica and David stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full tank of fuel we drove back to Iowa VERY HAPPY thank you! :)

2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

BMW of West St. Louis review
I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Wendy was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a great buying experience with her and would definitely do it again. If you are in the market for a car or SUV I recommend BMW and the best client advisor I have ever worked with. Please go see them, great dealership and great people. Thank you for the experience.

A big shout out to Carlos Holmes, Newbold BMW Technical Support. He did an outstanding job ensuring our profiles were complete. This allowed us to manage our app’s properly and to drive our new high tech SUV. He was exceptionally patient with two tech challenged senior citizens. Thank you Carlos, you were great!
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

CarMax Harrisonburg review
Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.
