I went to get my car serviced based on a light that notified me of an oil issue. I'm new to owning a BMW. I purchased the vehicle just a couple weeks ago by another dealer. I didn't understand why it said my oil exceeded the maximum amount of oil. Izzy Molina took a look at my car and noticed my car was serviced by the dealer I purchased the car from, and they put too much oil in my car. He went above and beyond by changing the oil, changing the aftermarket filter, he washed my car, all at no cost. The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

I went to BMW to address a parking sensor that was damaged on my SUV. George assisted me and looked up my car information to see if it was a covered service under warranty. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I just purchased the vehicle a couple of weeks ago from another dealer. He said to take the SUV back to the dealer to see if they would fix it. The dealership I purchased the vehicle from was unwilling to repair it, stating the damage could of been done anytime within the two weeks I had the vehicle. George actually went and found the time stamp of when the sensor was actually damaged, which was before I purchased SUV. I was able to take that document to the dealership for them to cover my sensor without paying for it. Thank you George for taking the time to do more digging. You gave me the tools I needed to prove the damage was not caused by me and they were responsible.

2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !
