Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.
2025 BMW X5 review
Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

My salesman Robert Velasquez worked tirelessly for my approval. He kept me updated every step of the process and eventually got me approved on terms that were favorable to me. He earned my trust by not just getting me an approval, but one that I could live with. Most dealers won't work that hard for you or they will get you financing on horrible terms just to make a sale. The staff is very professional and they made me feel like a was more than just another customer. I plan to refer anyone I know that's looking for a vehicle to Valley Auto World and they will always have my future business
2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.
