BMW of Bel Air review
Had a good experience at this dealership. The sales person, Josh Barney, was patient and friendly. I purchased a used vehicle that I'm very happy with. Therr was a small misunderstanding on my part, but the manager was extremely helpful in resolving it. Excellent management, I recommend BMW of Bel Air.

BMW of Owings MillsReviews
BMW of Owings Mills review
Recently I purchased probably my tenth vehicle from BMW of OwingsMills formally known as Northwest BMW. As always it was an easy transaction. This is why we keep coming back… Everyone is friendly and welcoming they continue to go the extra step to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. The employees may have changed over the years but the standards and expectations as a customer are still exceptional. From the Sales Department, to the Technicians and the Service department and every where in between you can expect to be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Which is why I would highly recommend BMW of Owings Mills everyday.

BMW of Owings Mills review
I understand why BMW of Owings Mills is rated a top dealership. David L. Was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His knowledge about BMW and his customer service was a huge factor in my decision to purchase my 2022 X7. I was in and out the door with my dream car in less than 3 1/2 hours.

BMW of Catonsville review
I had a great experience working with Nader when purchasing my 2024 Corolla. He gave me an amazing price and, most importantly, made the entire process incredibly easy and hassle-free. He was honest and transparent about the pricing from the beginning, with no unnecessary pressure or surprises. Nader was also very patient and made sure I understood everything before completing the purchase. He even stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of properly and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing a good experience for his customers. I really appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Nader to anyone looking for a straightforward and trustworthy car-buying experience!

This was my first time getting my car serviced here at BMW and the service was very fast. Andrew made everything convenient for me and I was in and out with my 70000 mile service without a long wait. The receptionist was very friendly and inviting. To be honest, I was very shocked considering the poor service I had at Owings Mills, where I purchased my vehicle.

BMW of Bel AirReviews
BMW of Bel Air review
I bought a new vehicle at BMW of Bel Air, what a pleasant experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I showed up to the dealership, the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Upon driving home I noticed a small tear in the passenger seat. This was on Monday and the dealer sent someone to my home Wednesday, no more tear. Huge shout out to Nana and Sam and all the folks in MD.

Friendly service people. Beautiful show room floor. Would not negotiate on price for a used vehicle but took care of me when I had a battery issue after purchase.

They were super nice and very helpful. They tried everything to help me get the car that I wanted. My credit is just too poor to do anything at the moment.
