Used their valet service for my maintenance appointment. I am the only driver in my household so this saved me an entire day Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous I received texts and videos of work being done. Could not have been a better experience

I have been a loyal customer to AC BMW for over 15 years and that is thanks to their tremendous service department. Everything is spelled out ahead of time and they keep their promises. I have never had to go back twice for ant problem and their service has kept my car running in top performance.

BMW of Mt. LaurelReviews
BMW of Mt. Laurel review
Mark Haltzman was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Having large monitors synced with the sales people's laptop also added to the positive experience. Being able to provide the necessary documents ahead of time digitally made the actual purchase transaction much more efficient. Having genius Holly help set up the car initially was huge. Even though I had already read the 360+ pages of the owners manual, it saved me the headache of trying to navigate all the tech.
2026 BMW X5 review
I have owned Maserati's- Mercedes- Cadillac's- Lincolns- Jaguars— this is my first BMW. It is fabulous— so far the best car I have ever owned!
