Mazda of Fort Myers review
Ralph was amazing from start to finish! He took great care of me and my wife as we wrapped up our lease with Mazda and helped us transition into a new lease with a car that fits our growing family. He was professional, friendly, and truly dedicated—staying with us through the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Ralph if you’re looking for someone you can trust!

First visit back to the dealership since pre-Ian days. Many thanks to the staff for answering all of my questions and providing a rewarding experience again. Special thanks to David and Constantin for being such good representatives of the BMW brand. Loved the early Christmas tree in the showroom!

Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. It was most definitely a pleasure to do business :) THANK YOU FAIRS OAKS TEAM (Mr. Herman, Danny, Melvin and Adam)

Bought a Lexus from Marshall last Friday. After negotiating I got very fair deal. There were some scratches on the vehicle that I wasn't happy with but Marshall had his detailing crew take care of them for me. All in all I had a great experience with Marshall and his team.

I absolutely love this dealership!!! The staff was beyond helpful and great. Everyone was super friendly and the environment was amazing!! Will, Pete, and Tammy were the best! They made it possible for me to walk out the dealership stress free and with a brand new set of keys for my new BMW! I'm so happy with the service I will never shop else where! You guys rock! ???

BMW of Sarasota review
I took my dream car to BMW of Sarasota for scheduled maintenance. Carlos was quick to receive my vehicle and reviewed the automated diagnosis. After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves. Carlos represents BMW of Sarasota with integrity and a high degree of professionalism.

I recently purchased my first BMW X5 turbo diesel. The sales, service dept., and especially the genius person Jonatan Escobar were terrific. Would definately purchase another car from them based on my buying experience.
