Ocean Honda of HanoverReviews
Ocean Honda of Hanover review
We just purchased a new vehicle from Ocean Honda. Sean McCarey is an incredible, honest, upfront sales person (10/10 stars!) and was great about helping us find and buy something that made us happy despite the current nationwide low inventory. The whole team there was great about financing, helping with insurance, doing the leg work to the registry, and even helped get my wife to her job when we brought the car back to have accessories installed. Granted, she offered to bring him a coffee, but I doubt that was enough to be considered any kind of bribe. 😁

Bought another BMW and had an awesome experience working with Hadi Eslami. He made the whole process super easy and stress-free from start to finish. Really friendly, helpful, and just great to deal with overall. You can tell he treats all his customers this way. Couldn?t be happier with everything. Definitely recommend asking for Hadi if you?re buying a car!

Although, their policy of picking up the car was awesome. The fixes to the car were good with the usual BMW pricing. This time not as bad as expected but the car was supposed to be cleaned when finished. It was'nt. Wife just picked up but didnt look indepth. The next morning we both worked on cleaning it.

The dealership is where I normally take my car to be serviced. I've been going there since 2016. Their employees are thorough in what they do, and they'll routinely take their time in explaining what they discovered.

The staff at the BMW have been so good to me. They have been able to help me with ongoing maintenance as well as provide a loaner when needed/ when they are able, to help me juggle my busy life as a full time working dad. Ask for Tony, you?ll be taken care of.

Excellent staff, unique and welcoming atmosphere, and the massive selection made my visit an excellent experience. This will be my go to place for all of my future car purchase. The salesman we had was fantastic. He was patient with our many questions, made recommendations and helped reassure our final choice. It did not feel like a transaction but more like a someone was with us to ensure we got exactly what we set out for. I highly recommend starting with Imperial and asking for Paul M
