J & M Automotive review
Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.
2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Richfield BMW was fantastic. They repaired my 2023×5 car and cleaned and washed my car after Service. Easy working with Steve Kaz In Service department. Would highly recommend going there for their oil change special at $250 for three years

Recently purchased a car from European Motor Cars and had an excellent experience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided a seamless sales experience. The entire process was smooth, and I felt confident in my purchase. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a preowned vehicle
2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

This is the second BMW I have purchased from this dealership. I have 2 other BMW dealerships that are significantly closer to where I live, however, my experiences with the Ridgefield Dealership has been excellent. They are responsive, and understand what I am looking for, and are straightforward. That’s what I value!
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

I purchased a 2018 M4 from this dealership New. Since owning this car working directly with the service department anytime I have an issue has been more than pleasant. Thom in service has always been there when things go wrong and I believe this dealership goes out of their way to provide customer service!
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Jim Juliani Motors review
I have purchased 3 cars in the last 8 years from Jim Juliani motors. I've been totally satisfied with every vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone searching A. Reliable reasonably priced preowned vehicle. Along with purchasing them, I have also had them serviced at the dealership numerous times, the service work was reasonable and done to my satisfaction.
2019 BMW X5 review
We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Had the car for about a month and it is everything I wanted and more. Great purchasing experience. Even better driving experience. Definitely would recommend.

2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

Emily in Service was terrific. She kept me informed in the whole process. In addition she was warm and friendly.

The BMW X5 offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and driving performance. The interior feels premium with high-quality materials and modern technology. The ride is smooth, the handling is impressive, and the vehicle feels powerful on the road. It provides plenty of space for passengers and is a great choice for daily driving and family trips. Overall, the BMW X5 delivers a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

BMW of Waterbury review
While driving on Rt.8 Northbound around exit 35 the car hit a large pothole and the tire was damaged. I was able to drive to BMW of Waterbury. As I entered the showroom an agent by the name of Emily assisted me. As I told her what occurred she immediately went outside to look at the car and confirmed a new tire was needed. She indicated she would check to see if they had the tire in stock that I needed. They did not, however they would have in the next day to fix. Immediately she asked where I lived, when I told her Shelton, her immediate response was no worry, we will have a driver take you home so you can get your other car. Customer Service at the highest level, with no computers or AI, just good old face to face communication which is a lost art today. The car was ready the next day as promised. Emily, job well done and thank you for taking care of our needs.
2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Hailey and the team were terrific. Great communicators. The work itself was excellent to say the least.
2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Haldeman Ford review
We had to return some complicated items and they were very nice friendly and professional. Because of the pandemic we were way beyond the 30 day return policy but they took them back anyway and gave us the credit we were owed.

CarMax Harrisonburg review
Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.
2021 BMW X5 review
I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!
