Alex Barnes is a solid sales person: earnest, straight-shooter & very pleasant in all our interactions.
I was comfortable with him from the first meeting and throughout the process found him honest. I recently visited & had the opportunity to purchase a car from a larger dealership in Portland (where we had previously been a customer), but chose to buy from Alex in Bend. Alex offered the appropriate amount of follow-up to stay connected & informative but not stalking. When he was uncertain of answers to questions, he stated that and followed-up. The only comment I would made is that as the car was shipped from another dealership, it would have been fun to know the process. In reality we had struck our deal and timing was set for pick-up so it was not an issue.

very testingly good. it found it interesting how they did what they did. very personable, good knowledge and over all really wonderful to deal with. Wish there were more care parts for me to choose from so I could customize my ride and get personalized service. for future reference I would love some bucket seats to be there
Great place, and excellent vehicles. Just bought second car from Steve in less than a year. Incredible services from start to finish. If he doesn't have what you want I would be surprised. Steve is one of the few people I would trust to sell me a car!!
We purchased our E Class at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia with the assistance of Zac Nichols and Danh Do. They were fantastic. We started the process on the internet, and Zac was very helpful with walking us through the process, then over the phone, and eventually the test drive and the final purchase. We cannot say enough great things about him and Dahn. If you are looking to purchase a Mercedes, consider the location in Columbia, MO. They make the experience easy.
A disagreement on the down payment prevented me from getting a car I had looked for and wanted for an extended period of time.. initially the agreement was for a full cash down payment equaling $2,100... I told them that I could possibly be willing to trade my current car in as part or the whole amount down.. from there on they told me that they could only take my car as trade in for $ 1,000 .. (noooo) and then on top of that a $1,000 cash...well I didn’t want to take 1000 for my car so I said I could do the 2000 cash.. they said the banks refused the cash and would only do it with the car as trade in.. I told them I didn’t want to use my car as trade in once again , and they gave me a buyback option on my own car for $1300.... none of it made cense to me as being in a consumer position.. So in the end I didn’t get my dream car although I was willing to pay 100 more in a cash down payment.. sad day
I had the pleasure to meet a very talented and friendly young salesman 6 plus years ago. Last month, I bought the third one from the same awesome guy! He sure knows his stuff well and is very professional. He sure does everything to make this process as easy and quick as possible. Great expirience!
I had bought several used cars, but this was my first new one. It was easy to find our Atlas on Cars.com, and just as easy to reserve it. The whole experience from internet to facilities to people was great.
Maria provided excellent customer service! She demonstrated and extraordinary ability to understand my needs without being ever making me feel pressured. She is very knowledgeable and extremely quick! She was extremely patient and helpful, and despite having to stay past showroom hours, made sure that the car was in perfect condition before I left. The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.
Most honest car dealer we ever worked with, great folks, both dan s and skip. Provided a fair trade value, unlike so many others. When it time for my next vette, will buy from them. Car had a problem and they took care of it.
Absolute pleasure , Avery handled everything like a respectful Car wizard , if you need a car you have to at least give them a call and visit , they changed my perspective on a car buying experience , the bar has no been raised , there lot and the cars that they are offering are immaculate upright and honest , with very fair price , no haggling here . If You need A car come here , If you want a car come here . Period.
