My husband Alan surprised me with a BMW X5 for my 55th birthday, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience we've ever had. Between the two of us, at ages 55 and 65, we've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, so we have plenty of experience dealing with dealerships. BMW of Dallas set a new standard. Ryan Chong responded to Alan's online inquiry almost immediately, but what impressed us most was what happened next. We were on vacation at the time, and Ryan never pressured us. He gave us space, stayed professional, and followed up thoughtfully rather than constantly. When we returned home, Alan expressed interest but got busy and didn't get back to him right away. Ryan waited an entire week before reaching out again, which is almost unheard of in car sales. There was no badgering, no pressure, and no endless phone calls or emails. When we finally visited the dealership, Ryan had already earned our trust. The experience only got better from there. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle. He gave us an outstanding offer from the start, so there was no need for the usual back-and-forth negotiations. Most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process, two words rarely associated with buying a car. Kate in Finance continued that same experience. She was professional, informative, and never pushy. The entire transaction was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from beginning to end. We drove away not only thrilled with my new X5, but also confident that we've found the dealership where we'll purchase our next BMW. 2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. 2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

2021 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

2012 BMW 335 review
10 years ago I was looking to buy a 2012' M3, V8 aspirated engine. When a pro BMW sales consultant told about M335is with 3.0 L twin turbo and much lighter gvwr that I could turn into an M3 rival without the $78K price tag. Then He told about Steve Dinan the BMW pro engineer that his company builts the performance upgrade for BMW's all over the world. So I end up buying this beautiful 2012' 335is coupe and had BMW install a DINAN Stage 2 computer boost tune upgrade that produced 89 HP increase plus the 320 HP factory stock HP and then added the DINAN Diamond cut Exhaust system along with a DINAN full sport suspension. But I didn't stopped there, then I added a ECS Black steel charge pipe coupled with SYPNAPSE BOV and finally a Carbon fiber ECS cold air intake to make this car a fun little beast to drive. This car is the most fun to drive car that I have ever owned.
