My husband Alan surprised me with a BMW X5 for my 55th birthday, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience we've ever had. Between the two of us, at ages 55 and 65, we've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, so we have plenty of experience dealing with dealerships. BMW of Dallas set a new standard. Ryan Chong responded to Alan's online inquiry almost immediately, but what impressed us most was what happened next. We were on vacation at the time, and Ryan never pressured us. He gave us space, stayed professional, and followed up thoughtfully rather than constantly. When we returned home, Alan expressed interest but got busy and didn't get back to him right away. Ryan waited an entire week before reaching out again, which is almost unheard of in car sales. There was no badgering, no pressure, and no endless phone calls or emails. When we finally visited the dealership, Ryan had already earned our trust. The experience only got better from there. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle. He gave us an outstanding offer from the start, so there was no need for the usual back-and-forth negotiations. Most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process, two words rarely associated with buying a car. Kate in Finance continued that same experience. 2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

2022 BMW X6 M review
Excellent drive. Extreme technology but apparently the chip shortage made Bmw stop the wireless phone charging from being standard. It’s not an obvious option to choose it because ALL literature and videos suggests that it’s standard. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, the eco pro mode may be a waste of technology for bmw drivers. We like power. So the option to save 10 miles on a full tank isn’t that helpful when you lose all power.
