Kevin truly went above and beyond to help me get the car I have now. From the beginning, he was patient, dedicated, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation and what I needed. He didn’t just try to make a sale he actually cared about helping me find the right solution and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m incredibly grateful for all the effort, communication, and support he gave throughout everything. It’s rare to meet someone so understanding and dedicated. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for someone honest, hardworking, and truly willing to help. Thank you again for everything!

Great dealership! You can buy new, lease new or buy used. They can get you any make and model you want. I bought a new Rogue and love it! The car was delivered to my office! Joel, Alec, Milder and Frank were a pleasure to deal with.

There is no other car for me, this is my fourth. I just feel safe inside my car. I cannot drive another make at this point. However, they have become too expensive to purchase.

GOT MY CAR THE SAME DAY I LOOKED AT IT GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH
2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

Imperial Auto Mall review
Going to the dealership is typically a forlorn experience for many. There’s already so much pressure we put on ourselves as buyers to get the best bargain and not get sold on a car by a slick talking salesman. You won’t find that here at Imperial Auto Mall. I had such a great time working with Edwin and Julia to help me find my perfect car and my every need was met. They explained the process so very clearly and at no point made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me being a first time buyer. If any of you decide to go to Imperial Auto Mall make sure you ask for Edwin he is well informed on all the vehicles in inventory and is patient and can help you walk away with the best possible purchase. I will be recommending him and Imperial auto to any of my friends and family interested in a car.
2017 BMW 530 review
This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

easy correspondence to set up a test drive, professional guidance in the test driving and buying process. Good input on financing options etc. Overall very smooth and pleasant experience! Highly recommend!
2013 BMW 335 review
The F30 design when not M Sport is muted, but when you get the M Sport package and all the goodies, it becomes the sports car that BMW intended. It just hit 100,000 and is starting to show wear with rattles from the dashboard and an increase in road/wind noise due to aging weatherstripping. Easy fix! I can say that with FBO that this car has been reliable - nothing major has broken and left me stranded. Sure, due to adding more power it has gone through spark plugs faster but you pay for that when you give it ~70hp more than factory. After upgrading the clutch and cooling system, I am completely worry free on this vehicle. If you want a comfortable cruiser, this car is not it. If you want a sports car, this is what you go for. They can be equipped with most any tech feature one would like - from HUD, Navigation, Parking Distance Control, Bluetooth, etc

2011 BMW 328 review
This is my 4th BMW and I love it. I bought it used and well-taken care of. I think that is definitely the key to a great BMW. We looked at so many that weren't cared for and we were really disappointed. The one we just purchased is 16 years old and even with 105k miles, it looks and runs like brand new.

Searched all over the place high and low and then landed in this dealership and I came across a really nice 2021 BMW 3 Series 330i. The drive is very comfortable—exactly what I needed for my work commute and daily stuff .I was very specific about how much i could afford a month and luckily they were able to help me stay within that budget and left with this beauty home.

Best driving BMW. Traded in 2013 550i. Torque, acceleration, & handling of new 540 surpasses my old 550. Could use more interior storage. The seats were slightly more Comfortable in my old 550. So far, I'm impressed with the new 540.

I accidentally came here thinking it was a Nissan exclusive store but in reality they carry other vehicles such as BMW’s Infiniti Mustang pretty much anything but Nissan and I’m glad I came. I found this gorgeous 23 BMW X3M 40 I white interior leather, that was absolutely my cup of tea. I went over numbers and after a lot of back-and-forth I ended up leaving with this awesome car and free ice cream lol I’m Perfectly content with my purchase, I would highly recommend checking this place out for the great inventory.

Jennifer was great to work with she was friendly helpful and made the purchasing process easy. She answered all my questions and helped me find a great deal without any pressure. I’m very happy with my experience and I would definitely recommend Jennifer for anybody looking for an easy-going knowledgeable sales rep by the way, I left here with a 21 Dodge Durango . 2006 BMW 750 review
This is my 2nd 7 series I first had a 2002 745i i missed it as soon as i was forced to trade it in. I’ve since owned a beautiful 2006 750Li hands down the most luxurious sedans ever made. It literally rivals a Rolls today. Best value for your money, looks great both inside and outside. It is amazingly comfortable and easy to drive. I will buy this car before any other car in it’s class. I love the comfort after a long day at work, it’s actually great on gas and the maintenance is less than I thought and can be easily done and cost-effectively. I love the fact on the steptronic transmission, if you can find a model with one, you can go in the settings and change the drive mode into a Luxury BEAST! I drive this from NY to Atlanta with ease..I will own a BMW for the rest of my blessed life driving it is my pleasure remember its made for road trips talking about beauty and a beast. Its truly is the ultimate driving machine. I love it

Marc was incredibly helpful with Purchasing my New MERCEDES BENZ GLS63 AMG! He made the entire process seamless and Jack the finance manger was very transparent with everything. If you visit this location be sure to ask for MARC!
2020 BMW M340 review
Unreal performance and the absolute best of both worlds... in sport plus it is a BEAST. Period. Like less than 4s 0-60, regardless of official specs. In eco I'm getting 40mpg!! Show me another car that does that and looks this good doing it.

2019 BMW M5 review
This car is incredible. It is so fast right front the factory and has so much luxury and comfort I am blown away. I have owned over 20 cars and this is by far the best one. Every time I slide into the driver seat and cruise around it brings nothing but smiles to my face.

I had a terrific experience at Nissan 112. My salesman was Matty he went over all of the details with me. There were no surprises and they gave me a great trade-in on my truck would definitely come back here again.
2021 BMW 330 review
I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

East Hills Subaru of SayvilleReviews
2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

2023 BMW 330 review
I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

CarMax White MarshReviews
CarMax White Marsh review
We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
2020 BMW 540 review
Hands down this is the best vehicle I've ever owned. It is a well-engineered machine with thoughtful design and elegance. This car is sexy, powerful, and genuinely a joy to drive. This is my first BMW but I have to say, dealing with BMW has been a pleasure all around. I actually don't know if I'll ever buy another brand of car after the experience this BMW has given me. I cannot recommend this car enough if you want quality that lasts.
