I had not planned on buying a BMW and only stopped at this dealership for research but Nabi made a great impact on me. I will consider buying other BMW?s as the need to replace our vehicles comes up. This vehicle is a steal. It only has 28500 miles on it. No wrecks All maintenance records available. I am the only owner. My wife passed and this was her baby.

This dealership delivered a First in Class experience from start to finish. I found a car that was just obtained through a trade in, and the picture was not available yet. Based off the description and price, this vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. I submitted an inquiry online and received a call within a few hours. The sales manager followed up an hour later to ensure all my questions were answered. I went in for a test drive and signed a credit application. This occurred at 8:30 pm and we agreed to reconvene the next day to discuss financing. BMW of Carlsbad sent the financing terms I had requested on my initial visit. We set an appt time for me to return and finalize the paperwork. I arrived to find a detailed car, full tank of gas and was in and out in under 1 hour. This by far was the smoothest car buying experience out of the 10 plus, I have ever had. I would purchase again from BMW of Carlsbad without hesitation. It was an effortless transaction on my part. I've owned a number of BMWs in the past, all with six speed manual transmissions. This time around I went looking for a clean, low mile 330i within a certain price range. I did some research and found five possible cars in the Southern Cal market. I first came to Carlsbad BMW because a friend of mine had enjoyed a good experience buying his X5. I made an appointment and feel like I lucked out with salesman Demetrio Trujillo. He knew his stuff and, once he realized I knew something of these cars too, showed me the car and offered me straightforward information without any hype or attitude. He knew the car because he had sold it the first time when it was new! At any rate I ended up buying the car and Demetrio made what could have been an enervating experience much easier.

I have had car since 2021 and have no problems since purchase. Purchased car with 12500 miles at the time. Right now I am working from home, so not as much mileage daily, but performance is still good.

Woe... I have to upgrade my visit...as I was 20 minutes late to respond critical mechanical deficit .... Great connection ..very efficient experience

Great sporty car. Lots of good interior features. It’s a 2 door, which I prefer. Car has lots of cameras and safety features. Interior is beautiful and comfy. Good trunk space. Had X3 traded out for this. I owned four doors and one other two door. Really like the two door!

One particular individual named Arion (hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful and courteous answering all our questions and always asking if we wanted water or needed anything (it was hot out today). The 2023 BMW 530xe PHEV hits the sweet-spot for what I want in a vehicle: 1) with up to 21 e-miles on a full charge I have enjoyed 100% electric driving for almost all my day-to-day trips (in the past year I’ve only filled the gas tank to our 530xe about 3-4 times), 2) Easy road-trips with no interruption to wait-around for my car to charge, just fill the tank with gas and keep going. I’m just not ready to go electric-only because the technology and charging infrastructure just isn’t there (until it’s as quick and easy to get a full electric charge as it is to fill your gas tank (in just 3-5 minutes), I’ll happily enjoy my 530xe PHEV. It’s literally the best of both worlds. Also the 530xe is stylish (I get unsolicited comments often), seats are comfortable on long road-trips and car is sporty to drive. Plus the back seat is comfortable too — often not the case in other vehicles. I’ve throughly enjoyed my 2023 530xe with no mechanical problems or issues.

This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.
