I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Very punctual and respectful. Technicians do a great job . Customer service is awesome I would recommend the customer service representative. The oil change I had was quick and easy.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! We met Sami Asadourian when we went to BMW New Century looking for an X3. We had initially looked at a loaner special to lease, and Sami took us for a test drive. After the test drive, we realized the car doesn’t have one of the options we absolutely wanted. Sami was very helpful in locating another vehicle that has all of the options we wanted. After a couple of hours of negotiation and finally came to an agreement on the terms, we went to look at the car – only to find out it doesn’t have something else we wanted. We were all tired and decided we should just go home. Sami told us he will find the car we both wanted, down to each options and packages. Boy did he come through! He called us the next day to let us know he found the car we wanted. To top it off, it’s an even better car – 2019, instead of 2018, and a better monthly payment! When we got to the dealer, the car was washed and ready to go. All we had to do was take care of paperwork. He made the process seamless, and made sure we wouldn't have to spend too much time there on our second day. All in all, we are very happy with our new car and very grateful for Sami’s dedication in finding us the perfect car.
