My wife & I were looking for a better used car for our daughter. We ran across a small suv that she was looking for at Bluegrass BMW in Paducah, KY. Nick was our salesman and he was great! He listened to what we had to say and then introduced us to his manager Joe who was also a pleasure to work with. Then there was Matt, who was the finance guy. He was cool and liked to make people smile and help wherever he could! The small suv that we found was a 2011 Toyota Rav4. It had very low miles and was in great shape for its year. The particular vehicle we were trading in, was a 2013 Nissan Juke. We were a little upside down on this particular vehicle and with the Rav4 being 6 years old and going on 7, none of the banks wanted to roll in any of the negative equity even though we both had superior credit. Long story short, we were going to have to come up with money out of our pockets, which we didn't want to do. We found this out once we were in the finance office with Matt. He showed us everything on his computer because he didn't want to just be telling us and thinking he was holding any info from us. He went back to talk with Nick & Joe and they found us a 2014 Honda CRV that had just come in, literally. It was in the detail shop at the Honda store next door. (Both the Honda and BMW dealerships are owned by the same guy). They worked us a deal and we didn't have to come up with any money out of our pockets. These people worked hard and fast to earn our business. I have to say that this was the most enjoyable buy we have ever made for a vehicle at a dealership. They weren't pushy and didn't beat around the bush, which is how we like to do business. Let's both be honest (something you usually don't find with car salesmen) and if you don't like what I have to say and vice versa, then let's move on. It's a lot quicker and enjoyable that way! I know this is a long read, but it's what we experienced and a good one at that. So, if you're ever in need of a new or used vehicle in the Paducah, KY area, stop by and at least talk to Nick, Joe or Matt. I believe that you will receive the same treatment we experienced and won't be disappointed!

Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Purchased an Acura MDX today. We were well taken care of by Nick and the entire staff. Went the extra mile to ensure we knew and understood all the features. No pressure whatsoever. I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

In was actually looking to obtain a new 2025 Forester but, there were none available the day I took my 2021 Forester in for an assessment. I'm a leaser! There were a couple of 2025 Outback's on the lot. After being shown the vehicle and test driving it 3 separate times that afternoon four and half hours later I was driving back home in the new 2025 Outback. That's how much I enjoyed the experience! It sits a little lower than what I had been used to the past 3 years driving a Forester but, I thought it handled better and was actually more like a car than an SUV. The driver's area is like a cockpit. I'm a larger guy and I was looking for a little more room but, the Outback's interior is not so much smaller that I can't live with it or enjoy it! actually, the more I drive it, the more I enjoy the vehicle! Also, I like that Subaru products have been usually highly rated by various organizations. Also, the safety features are top notch. The front window view is what another thing truly love about Subaru vehicles. The way my Forester handled snow and ice in the winter was just HUGE in a positive way! So, I'm hoping the Outback will be the same! Actually, having an SUV like vehicle that handles like a car is the main reason I decided to lease the 2025 Subaru Outback! It's always mentioned about how loud Subaru engines are and the acceleration isn't as great as with other models. Personally, I find neither issue to be a problem! I on't even think about it and the acceleration is fine enough for me. Noise?!? Well, diesel engines are noisy. I'm not driving a an EV or Hybrid! I actually believe EV's are too quiet!

Had some issues early on but the staff at Stovesand Buick GMC got me in and got everything taken care! I love my GMC Sierra and will look forward to buying from them again! Thank you!

Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

On the 16th of Feb i was in an accident in my 17 corolla xse. A car was lane hopping and was trying to get around traffic and no matter which way he act he was being stopped from getting around other cars. On his last lane switch he side swiped my passenger wheel well and made me slide into the Steele post barrier. This car handled very well i wish i could post photos but for how this car handled in this accident or being smashed on both sides this car handled perfectly. Thank you for making this a safe car

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.
