I contacted this dealer about a car that I was looking and the contact person did everything I requested! I asked for the build invoice and he promptly emailed it to me! I also felt no pressure from the sales person! Thanks for the info and pictures!

I bought a 2006 Mercedes that had some problem a few days after the purchase . The warranty company did not want to cover the problems. Baucom stepped up and called the warranty company. After a couple of days the warranty company called to let me know that they would cover the problems. Thanks!!!
I took my car into Bob King Mercedes the other day. I was treated like family insted of like an ordinary client. I have to other service centers in town and I gurantee my car has found a home with the Bob King Family.
I traveled almost 2 hours to test drive a vehicle I saw on Cars.com. Thanks to GPS it was very easy to find the dealership. I was very impressed with the quality of cars they had available. I requested a test drive (via email) and was met by a friendly salesman (Jamie) who was helpful but not at all "pushy". I didn't buy the car I went up to test drive, but found and bought a dream car instead. They found me necessary financing which was also a great experience (Hanover Financial Services) and took care of all tax/registration details for me (in SC).
I haven't enjoyed driving this much in years!
I'm so disappointed, I purchased a 2009 Mercedes S550, we took it for a test drive before we purchased the car, it drove well, engine sounded great.. too bad we did not test the CD player, along some of the other features, like the phone, blue tooth, radio (crackles) and navigation systems . We purchased the car at below market value and now we are stuck getting the command center system fixed at a cost of $3000. I know the dealer knew this feature was not working, I just wish we would have figured it out before we purchase the car.
say what you want this is my second vehicle from them . I WILL BE BACK to buy again. Treated very good both times. salesperson went above to help me with any problems. Quality cars and professional honest service.anyone down rating this dealer did not want to purchase anyway.
I think Auto Wholesale is a smart business model for selling cars. First of all , the owner finds top notch cars and prices them reasonably. There is no sales pressure at all. As a matter of fact , I got to the showroom late in the day and wasn???t intending on buying. After I test drone the car I decided I did want it, but didn???t have my checkbook. The salesman let me take the car home and I returned to pay him the next day. Talk about hassle free service. And I purchased an extended warranty for 2/3 less than what a big dealership in town was going to sell me. I???m very pleased with Auto Wholesale and will be recommending it to anyone I know who needs to purchase a car. Cannot comment on quality of work as have not had to have any work done on my new vehicle.
Just bought my first Audi and Naomi was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was dreading the whole car buying process based on past car salesmen, but Naomi created a no-pressure atmosphere and went the extra mile to give us what we wanted. Don't think a female can't sell a car!!! Ask for Naomi when you visit.
This was, without a doubt the most positive car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I came to Bob King to look at a Buick Cascada. I was in the market for a new car and I wanted a convertible. I had my eye on a used Cascada in Sanford NC but wanted my husband to see a Cascada before I bought it. We came into the show room and Mr. Carrol met us at the door, introduced himself and let us look at the cars you had on the lot. We drove one and loved it and we were going to buy the one in Sanford but when Mr. Carrol started talking numbers Sanford went out the window and I bought a buick from Bob King. I had pre arranged financing and your finance manager beat my credit union inside out and the deal he presented was fantastic. Your service people were awesome, your salesman was awesome, and your finance guy was awesome. They took care of everything and it was so easy. I love my Cascada and the next time I buy a car it will be from your dealership. Thank you all so much- you have a life long customer with us.
ALL of the Staff at Bob King understand and display the true meaning of customer service. They truly want your business and make sure you are completely satisfied. Aside from doing what is expected, they go way above and beyond. One example; I never opened or, for that matter, touched a door while I was there because someone was opening it for me. Purchased my 2017 Chevrolet Equinox from here. I am loving it!! These people try really hard to work with you and make sure you leave Happy. They are very honest and I would definitely recommend this place. They have a huge variety so you have options to choose from. I will definitely be dealing with them from here on out!!
