Came in to get an oil change, employees helped me a lot and explained maintenance things that I didn’t know existed. Very good atmosphere and respected my time. I may purchase my next vehicle here do to the way I was treated. I watched several people purchase vehicles why I was there and I seen the excitement in their eyes. 2018 Buick Encore review
I have had mine for 5 years . The only issue is the trim peeling . It handles great in the snow here in the mountains colorado.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
