I have had mine for 5 years . The only issue is the trim peeling . It handles great in the snow here in the mountains colorado.

No high pressure sales. And their Internet rep Tom was great. Kept me advised every step of the way. Their extended warranty is in house and legit as opposed to third party warranty providers.
