2026 Buick Encore GX review
My husband and I are old. We wanted to get a smaller vehicle and the Encore GX fit the bill. It is roomy, has cool electronics, and great gas mileage. If there is a negative, the GX part made our insurance go up. But the insurance industry sucks so they would have raised our rates no matter what car we purchased and we have never had an accident. The agent we talked to advised us to take safe drivers tests. My husband was in law enforcement for thirty years so he has had plenty of safe driving. Our son is 6’3” 225 and had plenty of room in this car. Y’all need to test drive one of these cars, y’all will love it! really like this Encore GX

Walser Buick GMC Bloomington review
I brought my truck in for oil change, tire rotation and to resolve a warning light issue regarding the Tire Monitoring System. I left my truck overnight for a next day appointment and received a text by 7:30 am stating that the oil change and tire rotation had begun and that the tire sensor battery was dead causing the warning light to engage. I was given an estimate to replace the battery and was asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. Since I have a lifetime warranty, I asked the service advisor to contact the warranty company to learn if the repair was covered. The advisor did so and luckily it was covered. The communication was very timely and accurate and the work on the truck was excellent. I've been to numerous dealerships for vehicle service and Walser Buick GMC Bloomington is by far the best.

Purchased a new 2024 Toyota GR Corolla from Rudy Luther. This was a positive experience. I knew there was little chance to go slow MSRP on a new Circuit Edition, but the dealership did not ask for more than MSRP, and have me a fair price for my 2014 Prius. Good transaction.

The ultimate one-stop shop! I am extremely busy working from home, and Erin made buying my Mercedes completely stress-free. She worked entirely around my schedule, provided detailed videos of the car, and got me the exact financing I needed. Being able to sign online and meet halfway for pickup was amazing. They offer everything from detailing to warranties without being pushy. Ask for Erin if you want a seamless experience!

I typically don't enjoy car shopping. Bruno, however, made it a nice experience. He was not only friendly, but he was more helpful than most salespeople we have encountered. He sent us multiple videos of the vehicle before the sale that he personally took for us. He made sure all of our concerns about the vehicle itself were addressed. And he also has excellent communication, always keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. Thank you, Bruno, for all you did for us, and for making the sales process a pleasant experience.

oil change, repair tire monitor and purchase windshield wipers to about 3 hours. Work was done very well. Walser Buick is a very popular dealership and sometimes you have to wait a bit. All is well and I will continue to purchase vehicles from them as well as servicing them.

We worked with Erin and Awil ~ they were AMAZING! Did all the requests we asked of them.. They both communicated well and great personality!!
2026 Buick Encore GX review
We purchased the Avenir model with the extra options as well. The basic car is great, but this level of additional features provide an amazing ride. It rides like a car that’s bigger , and it is super quiet well handling the variable steering all the features. What an amazing car Fun and easy to drive around town and on the highway

Ryan Olson in service is stellar! He is 100% on his game. Thanks for always taking care of my vehicles.
2026 Buick Encore GX review
I wish it did consume less fuel. Also, the engine noise that you can hear while driving, give a sport feeling so if you want just luxe and confort, it may distract you. But It's a very good car, new modern look and confortable....
