2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

They were a bit backed up when I dropped off my car, but once they were able to look at it, the turnaround was fast and the repair was very well done. Nice people and easy to work with! They handled the Silver Rock insurance for me, and did a great job overall. :)

I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

It was my fault for not checking the tires before I signed the contract. Even though I returned to the dealership with my concerns about the tires on my truck?s condition and the service manager gave me 50%off a set of four tires saving me about $645 and that?s what I call great service after the fact.

I came from Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and The experience that I had with Shaheen was very personal and professional everyone there treated you like a human human being. all very friendly. I would like to give a big praise and shout out to Carl the manager and especially Zach Lorraine who went way above and over the top to satisfy and accommodate me I really appreciate their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I am very sorry that it took me so long to do this survey, but it was well deserved.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

I like everything about this place? From the check-in, to the video, to the service and to the cleanliness of the waiting area. I really appreciate the fact that they don?t try to find something wrong with your car and make it cost more money.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Wonderful car buying experience. Tyler(Manager) and Dennis (Finance office) were absolutely crucial in making this car buying experience above the rest. Tyler took the time to explain pricing line by line so I had a full understanding of the total cost. Tyler also made me feel comfortable and kept the process low pressure and enjoyable. Dennis in the Finance Office was outgoing and friendly. Dennis again went thru pricing and made sure I knew what the final numbers were and explained every form I was signing, offered warranty options and went over cost and coverages. These two gentlemen made this normally stressful process enjoyable.
