This car met all my needs. I fell in love with the interior. It rides very smooth. I feel comfortable driving it, there’s enough leg room.
I had been looking online for a used vehicle for quite awhile when I found Melissa & Garber Midland. I was looking for a specific vehicle and Tony did not have it in stock a couple other dealers told me the would call me if they ever got one in. Tony searched the country and bought me my vehicle from over 1000 miles away and had me exactly what I wanted. I could not believe he would do that he could do that and how fast he made it happen!

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.

I have a very unique credit situation it is definantly not the best and my previous vehicle broke down. I could not be with out a car because I would lose my job. I had no way to the dealer and Tony sent a car to my house for me to test drive and drive up. I have never had any other dealer do anything like that for me. Thank you for the wonderful service.

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
Thank you Tony for taking your time and finding me exactly what I want instead of trying to just talk me into something else like the other dealers did!

One fantastic car and a true pleasure to own! I cannot add much more to the previous reviews I submitted but from my nearly 4 year ownership of this car I can say that this Lacrosse has solidly sold me on Buick. Other than GM's recommended scheduled maintenance there have been no other services needed---that's it ---no other. My Lacrosse is still getting approximately 23 MPG (again, city driving mostly with very few highway trips needed) using 89 octane from the companies' formulas recommended in the owner's manual, performance from the 6 cylinder engine is like new, no irritating quirks/sounds that one begins to notice after a period of ownership and as recently as this past week the car is still getting compliments on its looks---from passersby. (I'm sure that detailing it twice a year and frequent washes help.)
It is worthy that I mention, again, it still feels solid and handles like new!I am looking forward to many more years of satisfying ownership with this LaCrosse but when it comes time to trade Buick is my choice.
Purchasing the Buick LaCrosse was one of the best auto purchasing choices I made.
Miller auto sales sold me a used F150 that was offered online. The only drawback was they were located 2 hours from my home. I responded to see if it was still available, Brad answered back that it was and offered to give me the more information if I needed it. I had lots of questions which he answered and also sent me more pictures of the areas of concern. After all that I decided to take the trip to check out the truck. Much to my surprise it was better than I expected, clean and ready for me to inspect and test drive. There was no pressure to buy and and very helpful information throughout my visit. Well worth the time and the travel, thanks guys, I love my truck.

This car met all of my expectations. Very reliable vehicle. Car is driven approximately 10,500 miles per year and has been garaged the length of ownership.
I went in to get a new, used car. Rudy worked hard to get me the financing I needed. I felt like I was working with friends - not sales people. There was a helping hand, not a pushy "out for himself" sales person. Rudy and Steve, as well as the rest of the office, were kind & compassionate. There was a great selection to choose from. Test driving was not a problem. I would recommend this business to everyone. They have a lifelong customer in our family!

This is the best car I have ever owned I absolutely love the 2010 to 2016 model Buick LaCrosse they are worth every penny. I have owned and drove many different kinds of cars and I have to say Buick LaCrosse is my all time #1 favorite
I was in the market for a used Jeep product. They had an excellent inventory of vehicles and great pricing. The salesman was very accommodating about showing what I wanted to see as well as letting me drive what I wanted.
The purchase went seamlessly and was quick and easy.
My only complaint was that I messaged this dealer through Cars.com about a vehicle and never received a response.

Everything about this car is what someone of my age could want, it drives like a dream, is easy to park and I love the way it looks.
I live about 3 hours away from the dealer Tony told me to come in and guaranteed me the best deal and told me he would fill my tank and buy our dinner just for coming in. Needless to say we went in got our gas dinner and the best deal possible Thanks again Tony!

Cars are very comfortable car seats 5 very well very smooth riding has several power cord Outlets MP3 player has they are adjustable seating all power AC heat both front and back has separate for driver and passenger all airbags four-doorcar tells you if anything is wrong especially if there's ice or anything changing on the road must drive see to appreciate
Burt Watson takes care of all six of my cars and schedules me in around my needs. I am either provided a ride or given with a loaner. The quotes provided take in my preference for parts and I never get a long list of items that are just extra revenue for the dealership. Communication is always timely during repair processes. There is literally nowhere else I will go!

Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!
I’ve owned my LaCrosse for nearly three years. I’m just as in love with it today, as I was the day I purchased it. Very roomy, nice quiet ride made for the highway, with lots of power. (V6) the only thing I would want to add, Is more USB ports. There’s only one. When traveling, definitely need more to accommodate all passengers.
