The warranty covered a replacement motor, but it replaced my motor with a motor with 20,000 more miles on it. So now I have a car with 75,000 miles on the odometer and 95,000 miles on a motor that sounds just as bad as the one they replaced!!
Our Sales person ( Craig Sauer ) went over and beyond to assist us with the leasing of our current vehicle. My family will only go to Stanford- Allen Chevrolet.

Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.
This was by far the very best car buying experience I ever had. Everyone I interacted with were professional, sincere and respectful to me! No pushy salesmen here either on the floor or in the finance office!

Only new car I have ever owned that has required zero repairs for the two years I have owned it, we love this car!
Our salesman Nate and Dave, the sales manager, at Michael Bates Chevrolet were both very helpful in finding us a great car that is safe for our teen driver. I feel highly satisfied with both the price and many discounts we were offered during the purchase. The best part was when we were offered to take the car and test drive for the weekend and return on Monday. We had the time to make sure the car was a good fit for our teen and didnt feel pressured with our purchase. Thank you Nate and Michael Bates Chevrolet!

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
Rudy Desantis made it possible for me to buy my dream car! It was quick and painless. Drove 4 hours to see the car and I have no regrets. I've been telling all my friends how awesome my experience was and when my fiance buys a new vehicle he told me he would only like to deal with Rudy because he came with me and saw how hard he worked for me and how cool he was. It looks good and is the smoothest driving car yet and it has a lot of features. It will be a car that I can trust on long drives to visit family and friends. #We drive a lot and need a car we can depend on without problems.
We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. Thanks!

Beautiful, luxurious car. Have owned a year and a half with no mechanical problems. Rides great Third Buick we have owned . Still own all 3 . 1978 Buick Riviera, 2003 Buick LaSabre, purchased new, all great cars!
Duane Anderson was a great salesperson went over the entire vehicle with me was patient with me waiting for my paperwork till the late hour of his day. One fantastic car and a true pleasure to own! I cannot add much more to the previous reviews I submitted but from my nearly 4 year ownership of this car I can say that this Lacrosse has solidly sold me on Buick. Other than GM's recommended scheduled maintenance there have been no other services needed---that's it ---no other. My Lacrosse is still getting approximately 23 MPG (again, city driving mostly with very few highway trips needed) using 89 octane from the companies' formulas recommended in the owner's manual, performance from the 6 cylinder engine is like new, no irritating quirks/sounds that one begins to notice after a period of ownership and as recently as this past week the car is still getting compliments on its looks---from passersby. (I'm sure that detailing it twice a year and frequent washes help.)
It is worthy that I mention, again, it still feels solid and handles like new!I am looking forward to many more years of satisfying ownership with this LaCrosse but when it comes time to trade Buick is my choice.
Purchasing the Buick LaCrosse was one of the best auto purchasing choices I made.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

No wonder this Buick has had overall excellent ratings. It is a beautiful, comfortable automobile with plenty of performance. No, it is not a Mercedes or BMW but then, it is $30,000 less and in our opinion better looking.
In the 2 years that we have owned our Buick it has only been to the dealer for oil changes. We have averaged over 20 mpg with mostly city and expressway driving and over 28 mpg highway with the 3.6 V6.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

I purchased my 2016 Buick Lacrosse December 2016. However, on August 22, 2018, not even two years that I have my car there was a problem with the transmission. I had to have it towed to the dealer and their analysis was "the transmission and the car would not even go in reverse. This happened while I was driving on a major street, alone and very scared and upset. I contacted GMC to request that they compensate me for my inconvenience. However, they contacted the dealer and essentially, I was told there was nothing they would do. I explained that I did not feel safe driving a car that is not two years old that has had transmission problems. After they kept the car for week/half I drove the car and it skipped again. Took it back to dealer and service manager drove it but it did not skip on him (doctor in). I have been driving buicks for over 30 years and I am thoroughly disappointed with GMC. I cannot keep paying a car note for a car that has transmission issues before it is even two years old and GMC will not give me any kind of compensation. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GMC EVER AGAIN. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER STEPS. WHAT DO THEY DO, WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING DRASTIC HAPPENS????
Everything was as I requested don and James were knowledgable about the vehicle and some upgrades I want to do they have us tour of the service department and we are going to use you for all of our service needs.
