I purchased a used truck from Armbruster last weekend. We negotiated the deal over the phone and it was everything it was advertised to be. Andy was great to work with, he stood by everything he said he was going to do to the vehicle. When I came to pickup the truck the rental trailer had a flat tire. Andy called one of his guys to come up and patch the tire on the rental trailer -after the dealership closed! All, so I could get it back home. What an excellent buying experience! Couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you!!!!
I was inquiring about a vehicle from online search. I was contacted by Steve Oakley and was given further information on the vehicle in question. At this time I am still working on a deal and the logistics of same due to being about 250 miles from dealership. Steve has called to inform me about a more convenient method of delivery if I am able to make a deal and proceed with the buying process. He seems to be very willing to work with his customers to facilitate their needs.

I have purchased from other dealers as well, and experienced some terrible customer service, including dishonest sales people and shady financial offers. At Meyer Earp the price quoted has always been competitive to bigger city dealerships and the sales reps are friendly. As you get to know them, building a relationship with the business, they ask about your family and show actual interest in your enjoyment of the purchase months and even years out. I've recommended them to many people and have purchased many vehicles from them over the last decade.
My sister needed to replace her auto from a car accident. I spotted a Santa Fe at Meyer Earp Chev in Auburn Ne. The dealer had several photos and also provided an auto check with the previous owner"s records for no charge. I E-mailed the dealer and he e-mailed back, I tried numerous times to arrange a day, Brent was so understanding ever time I cancelled. The next E-mailed, stated he had replaced all the tires on the Santa Fe. We drove down the next day . The SUV was in excellent condition, Brent expressed concern about the air conditioning said he would have it checked. My Sis said sold , Brent was so friendly it was comfortable to do business with him. As most who go to just look , we had to make arrangments to pick the Santa Fe up. Brent said he would drive it to Omaha. I thought customer service was just a memory, not so at Meyer Earp Chevrolet. Have already recomended this dealership and we will be returning also....
I bought a car from these guys on a Saturday recently and found out the the next day the rear window didn't work. I bought the car as is with no warranty being a 7 year old vehicle. I called on Monday and they fixed the car with no questions asked. As a female it is nice to buy a car from a business like this. NO PRESSURE AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL!! Thanks for the great experience.
