Joe Andres is a top notch salesman. I contacted him and told him the make/model van we wanted to see and that we would not have much time as we were traveling to visit family the day before Thanksgiving.
Joe had five mini vans pulled up the the front of the building with the exact options and miles we requested ready to go. He had our car appraised while we test drove the vans and presented us simple numbers all within 45 minutes of arriving. I have bought many new and used cars and his professionalism and timeliness was greatly appreciated. We came back a couple days later and bought a used 2018 van and Joe had all the paperwork ready to go which allowed us to be in and out of the dealership within an hour. Buick doesn’t back their product

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased through Kyle. He listens and gives his input without pushing. He is a trustworthy man. Jeff in Finance treated me very well each time. I will not shop these folks because it is not necessary. You buy from people, and I buy from these folks. Need I say more?
Issues with air condition should be taken care of

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
We have worked with Barker in Lexington twice now and each time was a pleasure! They really do make buying a car EASY and stress free!!! We knew what we wanted. They had it, so we got it! Andrew Fjelde was amazing with getting us into our minivan! Communicating with my husband all day so all we had to do was show up and sign the paper work! Good car on all counts. I'm still learning all the features;this is the first time I have owned a car with all the bells and whistles as they say. Love the look and it is reliable.
The warranty covered a replacement motor, but it replaced my motor with a motor with 20,000 more miles on it. So now I have a car with 75,000 miles on the odometer and 95,000 miles on a motor that sounds just as bad as the one they replaced!!
A friend and I showed up to look at a used 09 Camry on the lot about 5 minutes before close, and Tim was as happy to see us then as he would have been 5 minutes after open.
I'll absolutely recommend Mounce to anyone I know shopping for a car. Tim went above and beyond what I could have even imagined a salesman doing.
Thanks so much for the quickest and easiest car buying experience I could have had. Tim's the best.

This car has a 50/50 like,hate for me. Poor gas mileage,visibility,ride,mixed squeaks and rattles.Engine is peppy,driver seat memory,heated steering wheel, and a few other accessories are nice.
An outstanding experience!
They drove me 40 + miles round trip to return my rental unit and when I told them I had cousins in the area to see when the transaction was done the expedited the process all the while making certain I understood things and took the time to be sure I was comfortable with the deal.
In 46 years of purchasing vehicles I have not been involved with a better situation than what Highway Chevrolet Buick GMC provided.

I bought this car used at 60k miles. Its comfy, but I have had three major mechanical issues with it. Each issue costing me about $2,000.

The reason for purchasing this car was it is high up like an SUV but smaller and more fuel efficient. I feel safer driving on the freeway every day. It runs very smoothly and the soundproofing inside the car makes for a very quiet and peaceful drive and it has a great sound system. It also has enough room in the back for transporting equipment. I am very pleased with it.
This dealership was very honest and sold me an amazing car. They went well out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied!!!

Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!
We have purchased several vehicles from Shields. We always have a good experience. Pete and Butch were great all through the purchase process, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Would HIGHLY recommend Shields in Paxton!

The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
Rich has always done a great job explaining things to us and is patient until we get it! With all the new features on new cars we appreciate his help. Butch is very nice and explains things well. We plan to continue working with Shields in the future.

This is my third Lucerne. Made the mistake of going to a Verano for 3 years (still a decent LITTLE car) after my second. Switched back to a Lucerne, and I am delighted! 2009 CXL. Best car ever! Named it Octavia since I bought it in October.
Heller Ford has the best prices hands down on used vehicles. Sales staff was courteous and friendly. The finance person Jake was not pushy and very helpful. Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Will be going back in a couple years to update her vehicle. Will not even look anywhere else. Thank you Heller Ford!
