Overall We were pleased with the purchase of the vehicle and decided to buy it after leasing for 3 years.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Your service department is outstanding. Mike Dahl is fantastic and takes great care of us every time we visit. I strongly recommend this service department. If you ask for Mike, you can't go wrong.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Had bought the 2021 Buick encore gx AWD brand and up to this point I've had 0 problems with the car. Handles great and get pretty much get in to any tight spot that bigger vehicles would have a hard time on doing.. Great on gas I save tons of money on gas alone so that by it's self is a huge plus.! I'm a big person being 6'3 and I have no problems sitting comfortably in the drivers set - of course my set has to be all the way back so can't have anyone sitting behind me unless they wanna get squashed.!! Sharp little car that performs pretty great and being from WI it actually drives pretty great on bad winter roads with the AWD on.. My overall view of this car since I bought it new is that it's an excellent car that most definitely can be trusted very reliable and once again you can pretty much fit into any small space and making tight u turns is a breeze for this car..!! Perfect car for City driving I'm happy I went with this car. Being a bigger person and being 6'3 I was pretty surprised at how comfortable I was driving this small compact SUV...

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!

Was in for normal service this time. Had purchased the vehicle there several years ago and always service it there.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.
