A Testament To Buick Quality

I special ordered (new) for my wife our 2007 Buick LuCerne CXL in 2007 when they came out. It is the first Buick we ever owned so I did not know what to expect.
Fast forward 12 years of ownership and it is still running strong and quiet. This car has exceeded all my expectations and is a sheer pleasure to own.
It is still mechanically sound, smooth, tight and still serves us well with comfort. No engine or mechanical problems since we bought it . What repair costs that we did incur were the results on normal wear and tear and timely LOF changes.
I'm quite sure that sensible driving habits, the conscientious maintenance care as suggested by GM's schedules I give it plus detailing (interior/exterior 2 to 3 times a year) and frequent car washing has a great deal to do with its current excellent condition; a condition that still gets compliments from passersby.
This LuCerne started my love for Buick and was a major reason in my decision to purchase my new Buick Lacrosse in 2014 whose intrinsic quality is also sealing my loyalty to the Buick brand.
My wife, who is not a car person by any stretch of the imagination, absolutely loves her LuCerne and has every intent to keep her car as long as possible. From the way it runs and looks, that, hopeful, will be a long while more.
Based on my/our experiences with Buick I would unhesitantly recommend (and have) Buick to anyone who wants a quality, dependable and reliable car that offers quality service with a feeling of ownership confidence and a taste of sensible luxury.
Mrs Mary was excellent to work with. She was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted at the cost & payment most suitable for me. She had everything prepared prior to me getting there. Closing on the deal was very fast. I was there a total time of maybe 30 minutes. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
My Yukon develop a loud rattle. I dropped it off at service one afternoon and was picking it up the next afternoon fix no more rattling excellent service.
Buick doesn’t back their product

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
Went in for an oil change and to patch two tires. Great staff and services.

There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.

Issues with air condition should be taken care of

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Traded in my 2015 Chevy Equinox for my Buick, what a difference, the power and handling of this car is awesome, i have not had this much fun since i was 16 driving my 1981 Mazda RX-7, you get a lot for the money, with discounts i paid $26000. Not sure of the newer models of the Regal but i love my 2016
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This car is great on gas interior is nice could be a little more classy. After all it’s a Buick. This vehicle is great on the road handles very well. I love it..
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

Years ago I had numerous Regals and loved them all. I Almost bought the Grand National, but I settled on my White Regal. Had a T-top that I liked, chrome rims. I had a couple of other cars but when I saw this Regal, I said to myself It's mine LOL

This car has met all my needs - and is definitely a luxury car. I got all the bells and whistles - and paid dearly for them. :-) It seems a little noisier than my last car (that I too loved - 2011 Azzera) - but still quite a car!!
