My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

I received an oil and filter change, and a tire rotation for a 2018 GMC Acadia. This car has approximately 120,000 miles on it.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I bought my 2019 Envision a week ago Low miles certified Premium 11. Beautiful car nice ride plenty of pep with the turbo. Moonroof is awesome. Glad I got it AWD is good in the snow we got here in Vt

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I like the fast service be reminded of what is needed not only on the specific request that I had while booking the service.

I purchased a 2021 Buick Envision Avenir in March 2021. I think it is a beautiful vehicle inside and out. It is very quiet and provides a nice driving experience. It has a lot of features that would have cost me a great deal more on a competitor's model.

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.
