Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. The styling and performance are top notch while its not like the Cadillac your grandfather or father once drove. High performance and technologically advanced but not a comfortable car to drive or to take long distances unless you change out the run flat tires it came with. Luckily I purchased the tire/wheel package otherwise I would have had to puchase 5 replacement tires, one cracked rim and 3 other rims that had to be repaired in just little over a year or 8k miles. I don't beat on my car and its garaged all the time however the New York roads show no mercy to any run flat low profile tire. When my tire/wheel warranty expires I will have no choice but to replace all my run flat tires with regular low profiles because they just don't hold up to pot holes in New York.
