Blake, a director at AutoNation, Colonial Dr, Orlando, reached out to me today and we had a a lengthy discussion on how their auto quote system works. He also addressed the issue I had re: the non-mandatory dent protection service which I was told I had to have anyways and was charged $499 for. He stepped up and is refunding the $499 while still covering this service for me. I now find that AutoNation, Colonial Dr, Orlando, is very serious about their customer auto purchasing experience and customer satisfaction. Kuddos to Blake and his group at AutoNation! Thank you..

I love this car! It is stylish, has great performance and drives so smooth! We recently took a long road-trip and had no issues with staying comfortable. Since this car is AWD, the gas mileage isn't the absolute best in the city, but it does well for the highway. The interior is nicely designed and I love the heated leather seats!
Everyone was very nice, and my car was well taken care of.

Great hassle free, no pressure dealership! Wasn't intending on buying the day I had arrived, but it was the right car with the right price and the right sales person so made my way to buy it the next day! Alex is amazing, he is knowledgeable and personable, he made the experience enjoyable. I've heard financing final paper work is typically always a drag, but Jay was easy going, offered the extra products once, no aggressive pushing. The dealership has a nice vehicle's It's like walking into candy store, Skip the big guys next door and get the deal you deserve from this awesome group, They have all Carfax reports on each car you won't even have to ask for it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I love this vehicle. The shape of it so sexy and unique, it's a wonder that Cadillac discontinued it (the 2-door coupe) after 2014, as it is still tremendously popular today.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I switched from a 2009 CTS 3.6L AWD to the 2015 CTS 3.6L AWD and I have been blown away. Love the car. The biggest hurdle was the infotainment center change. Get used to using the "Home" button and your life will be much easier in this vehicle. Also, if you have self leveling headlights, wait for the car to adjust before hopping in and taking off. Sounds simple enough, but if it's your first time driving her, you'll get thrown off. Beautiful car, amazing responsiveness, and a complete stunner overall. 10/10.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

Car is cheap and made of plastic, old Cadillac’s were much better built and more reliable and not as expensive, GM should be ashamed seeking these over priced Malibu’s as ’Cadillacs’

This car, although a 2011, has been reliable and comfortable. Every time I have transported family, friends, or coworkers, they have always been a tiny bit impressed with the Cadillac name without me having to spend an arm and a leg. Repairs are expensive but few.
Jack Bass was courteous, polite and knew his product. He explained everything and was very helpful with questions that I had. He was not a pressure salesman which was wonderful to see. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone buying a Kia from your dealership. Ed Cotto has been my go to service person since owning my previous car and has always been excellent to work with.

I purchased this car new and was very excited as it was the most beautiful (and most expensive) car I ever owned. However, there were so many cosmetic problems with this vehicle it was ridiculous. Based on the vehicle's MSRP you would certainly expect a higher quality of craftmanship, which was not the case. The steering wheel stitching came apart and needed to be replaced. All the carbon fiber trim in the vehicle was replaced, the driver seat cover was replaced, the windshield was replaced, the headlights were replaced, the black and silver trim around all the windows was also replaced. In addition, this vehicle value devalued incredibly fast and did not retain much value. This has been the worst car purchase in my life and I will never own another Cadillac.

I liked the business-like nature of the transaction. No playing games like a regular car dealership. Everything right up front and negotiations were handled at one sitting. Also, they were extremely responsive to our requests with regard to the things in our eyes that needed to be done to the vehicle, specifically detailing. After the deal was signed and sealed and in preparation for delivery, they spent almost 2 hours cleaning and detailing the vehicle using every machine and product available, front to back, inside and out, to make our used vehicle look nearly new. I know this because I went back and watched the detailing crew have at it. While we waited they let us take my trade-in and go have a bite to eat. Didn't really have to do that for us. Finally, walking the lot is like going to a car show. They have seemingly every vehicle from Supercars to Smartcars, and lots of them. All with prices clearly stated on the windsheild. Its an impressive operation.

brand new! Both city and highway driving is excellent! The seats are very comfortable. Road noise is at a minimum. Place the Cadillac CTS on your short list!

This car has extraordinary style and beauty!! It runs and drives like brand new and has plenty of power to accelerate when needed. I love the leather, heated seats, Bose sound system, panoramic sunroof, and everything else about this car. The interior design is absolutely gorgeous!!
This was my first time purchasing from a big dealership and it was an awesome experience. I dealt with Tony Patrizzio for about two months until I found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He was beyond grateful, I told him what I wanted, he took notes, and most importantly he had great communication. This experience went super smooth all because of him. The Cadillac CTS is my dream car, and I even got to have it in white diamond! It has such a classy look on the outside, and has all of the amenities on the inside. I especially love the heated seats, and the quickness with which they heat up! I'm 5'10" and I have plenty of leg room, and I don't feel cramped. I feel safe driving this car, and when accelerating, the car has no problem making the transitions. It's a great car that I hope to have for a while!
This is the second car I've bought from David Maus. Jeremy was super helpful in getting me into the car I was interested in and making sure the deal would go through. I was very happy with everyone. When I needed specific requirements in my trade-in value and loan APR, they did everything to make that happen.

I was formally a Lincoln owner and blown away at how over-the-top they were when it came to treated their customers and how immaculate and plush the customer waiting area was.
