I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Danny gave the best customer service experience. He was very accommodating and worked with my schedule. He made me feel like I was no trouble at all. The nicest person ever. I will ask for him if I ever need service on my car.

Has multiple outlets for our kids and has a plug just in case we need to bring in a microwave inside the car. Its really reliable and has lots of leg room.

This car is very sharp looking and roomy. But this year 2021, I’ve had surprising issues that should not occur in a car of this caliber. This is the first American car I have ever owned. The touch screen stopped working. The seat adjustment stopped working twice. And most importantly it bucks when it changes gears a problem well known at the dealership I take it to for service. The problems were solved but this shouldn’t be happening on a car that is 4 years old with approximately 45 miles.

He is an excellent employee, So nice and p [olite and knowledgeable about everything to with our present cadillac and all five of our past cadillacs, It is a pleasure to see him every time we go in and he always gives 110% to take care of our needs. I scheduled a test drive for a Subaru Crosstrek. The individual I was supposed to meet sent me a video introduction. When I arrived he was on a test drive with another customer but the receptionist quickly connected me with Jordan. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions and followed up after my visit. I’m still searching for the right vehicle but will certainly keep Jordan and this dealership in mind.
