I bought my car a week ago and I love it.I didn't go to the dealership looking for this SUV. I just ask about it thinking I can't afford it the sales said yes you can I was like I can. So I bought it and so far so good. I have a warrant bumper to bumper . Everything is covered and I love that.
We recently bought a car from Roger @ R&B. He was very kind & helpful. We had our 20 month old grandson with us & everyone was very patient with us. Next time we are looking to buy a vehicle we will come back

My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.
This is my second purchase for R&B and without a doubt I will see them everytime I look to purchase a vehicle. The customer service and hospitalty from Nate and Cory was above and beyond anything anyone could expect from a dealership. They u have went above and beyond for the second time around. Thanks R&B for being better than all other dealerships.

Very comfortable and roomy. 3 dogs and I on long road trips is no problem. Crazy amount of tech that I hope does not break down.
My experience at Auto Park was good. My salesman Rick was laidback but very attentive. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped helped get me the best value for my trade in.

I wasn't planning on buying a Cadillac but I test drove one at my Lexus dealership and ended up driving at home. The only thing I have trouble with is touching the panel to adjust volume and fan speed.
No pressure, great salesman, no gimmicks, just straight to the point and had us in and out in no time. Thank you again Steven for satisfying our wants!

i love the car as such, however, it has a major issue that occurs without warning, it will go into limp mode and display "reduced engine power" on the dash, you can not accel, after repairing each "code" still has same issue, thousand's of $$$$ later..GM no answers..Not good!!!
The buying process was nice and easy and I really love my new car. I feel as if I got a good deal and it was a good experience.

Following the maintenance schedule will ensure reliability, great performance and better than listed - gas mileage. It's also a very showy and attractive head turner as it shows like a new car due to the ming mirror finish application.
I took delivery of a new 2019 Nautilus and had a very positive, professional experience! The staff was well prepared and I experienced no delays with the delivery. I would recommend Campbell Ford Lincoln!!

Car is great. I’ve owned a 2010 and a 2013 Luxery and Performance package. Loved them both. i think I prefer the AWD 3.0 to the 3.5 V6. Roomy and sporty Cadillac
I think it is a beautiful car (not everyone agrees). It is very comfortable. Electric 3rd row seating, rear A/C, electric sunroof running length of car, all wheel drive are some of this car's special features. Well maintained and gargaged. Only two owners. Has On-Star capability, XM radio capable, Lojack, and Bose Stereo.
We found a used truck that we were very interested in. Contacted a local dealer to see if it could be brought to us (5 hours away). They said 'no' so we called David, discussed the truck; liked the responses and the contact. Drove 5 hours and purchased the truck. Great experience. Took it past the local dealer to show it off...lol.
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
I have been with this dealership for 50 years in Elkhart and would not plan to go anywhere else. Great customer service and quality cars.
I would recommend Naquins to anyone that asks me about their service and cars.

This car is an excellent value as a used vehicle. It has the high-end look, feel and features you'd expect from a Cadillac, but is very moderately priced as a used vehicle. Mine has almost 100,000 miles on it and looks, feels and functions like a brand new car.
We highly recommend Auto Park Ford! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Our salesman Don was amazing! He was wonderful with our sons and made the purchasing of our vehicle quick and easy! He didn't pressure us in any way like a lot of salespeople do which was much appreciated!! The dealership is so clean and very welcoming with their great waiting area equipped with a television and kids table with plenty of toys for the kids to play with! The sales manager we had (Andrew) was wonderful too and great with our boys! We felt right at ease making a big purchase of a new vehicle!! Can't thank everyone enough for the great experience and we will definitely come back in the future!

I love the style of this car. The exterior is excellent and does not show its age. However, I have had severe issues with this car. Last year my husband spent over $3,200 in repairs on this car. Ridiculous! I’m retired. Now I have a headlight out and the dealership is estimating the cost to be $1,700. My husband had a 2000 Cadillac truck that he kept for 16 years and it was an excellent vehicle with low maintenance and cost at a minimum. No more cadillacs for me.
My wife & I went in looking for a good used SUV. Did our homework, checked their inventory and had our price range. Brandon really went above and beyond. Thanks R & B we'll be back,astalavesta¿

This car has been fantastic. Beautiful inside and out. But as they say, all good things must come to an end. With a growing family we needed a larger car. She asked for something with 3rd seating. Well, happy wife happy life right?
Was a great experience would come back to buy another car. Are salesman Anothony really help us out I would recommend him come to gates

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
I've been a customer since 2005. We own two Nissans which makes a grand total of four we have bought since out first visit.
The sales staff is helpful and friendly. (Bob Tezich)
Visits to the Service Department are pleasant and you're treated like a valued customer and not an temporary inconvenience.
If I were a few years younger, I would love to work for them.

It has met all of my expectations, Easy in and out for someone who is in a wheelchair. It's a great car, rides and handles great. Very pleased with my purchase.
