When I say this was this best experience I have ever had, and it was Ayesha that made it just that!! We had been at a few places and (of course with my credit not so perfect) they kept giving us the run around after making us wait hours just to try to get more money. Although my attitude was just over it and I apologized to her after she still was straight forward, didn’t match my energy and gave me an opportunity to get in a car. Great place to buy a vehicle, I found the deal on a vehicle I wanted online, sent a inquiry to make sure it was still available, Mark Talkington replied that it was, after a couple of emails verifying the deal I was looking for I went to the dealership, got there the vehicle was already pulled to the front waiting for me went on a test drive including the highway which allowed me to see how it handled while Mark went over some of the features of the vehicle, when we got back Mark asked if I thought the vehicle was right for me, we went in and started the paperwork, the whole process from pulling on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle was about 2 hours, Mark Talkington and Johnathan Cox made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible never any pressure to buy anything extra (yes they did offer extras and add ons, that is part of their job) overall a great buying experience and was well worth the drive to Jackson, when I need another vehicle Serra will be at the top of my list of places to look!

I liked this car so well that I owned two of them! These cars are road warriors! They are comfortable, roomy and have great styling. The only reason for trading was the mileage was up there and with any high mileage car, there will be problems! I was lucky ! Everybody should own a Cadillac!
