I initiated contact on a particular vehicle and was promptly answered in a very professional manner. Never felt pressured in any way. The vehicle was displayed in great detail. I feel that Boris would be a fine person to do business with.

Overal experience was excellent, nice staff and very hospitable. Great prices..my only negative thing to say is my Digital screen wasn’t messed up in the pictures online and then I came to purchase the truck and the screen was messed up..other than that I was very pleased with my purchase and with the staff.
NextGear is the best! Top notch customer service, and they were extremely reasonable with their pricing. I called up to ask about a car and within a day I had some new wheels! I felt extremely comfortable with their staff throughout the entire process, whereas I felt like the salesmen at the bigger dealerships were just trying to run my bill up to make the biggest commission they could. The staff at NextGear felt like family by the time it was all said and done!
I was looking for something reliable to get to and from work everyday, but they had a huge variety of cars in their inventory and I plan on returning for my next car.

I recently retired from the Military and told myself I wanted a luxury car, something I always admired and wanted. I made an appointment to test drive a Jaguar. Hilda was my sales agent and welcomed me with open arms. She was very professional and was willing to do whatever it took to get me in the car that I wanted. She never gave up on me and gave me my space when I needed it and when it was time to close the deal she was all in. I would 100% recommend Hilda to anyone who is looking for a luxury car. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
This dealership went above and beyond for my family! We drove 7 hours to buy our vehicle from an honest dealership. Trade and purchase was seamless, no gimmicks.
