I couldn't be more pleased with my Nissan Rouge! We came in feeling hopeless after we had been to several lots and got the "brush off feeling" Andrew greeted us, but was not pushy let us know he was there to help if we needed it. After looking at the awesome selection, we decided to test drive and FELL IN LOVE! Came back and talked business, Andrew was able to get us in and out QUICKLY, in a car we loved, with a payment we could afford! We are forever grateful and would recommend to ANYONE!
Rick Richardson (sales) and David Trevarthen (finance) were very helpful and great to work with. They listened to what we needed and had several suggestions to help us with the logistics of the purchase. Everything was very straightforward with no high pressure sales pitch. The whole process was very quick and easy and we got a great truck for a great price. I would definitely work with him again.

We recently arranged to lease a vehicle through Thompson Sales. The customer experience was smooth and efficient. Vince made sure we were presented with the information we needed and took the time to explain a couple of points we weren't clear on. Could not recommend this group more, they made for a pleasurable experience.
We have always hated the 'car shopping' experience. That is until we stopped at Thompson. We were not attacked the minute we stepped out of our car. We weren't pressured in any way. This was THE most pleasant car shopping experience we have ever had. John Bryant was exceptional! He was personable, polite, and NOT pushy. At first when we couldn't make the deal, he informed us that he would keep in touch with any changes. He was not a bother at all. When he called, it was to tell us of a change. We went in and he still was not pushy at all. Mike Wood was also very, very helpful and personable in getting the paperwork through. We were educated on the vehicle we purchased and told to call if we had any questions whatsoever. We will go to Thompson for any future purchases. Thank you John, Mike, and Thompsons!!!
. Trated like family. enjoying my hyundai accent. Very nice location. Quality vehicules. I was looking at real American vehicules they had and i have never seen this vehicules. i can tell vehicules from general motors in michigan.
I contacted the dealer about a truck I was interested in on cars.Com. A Mr. Lipscomb answered and informed me that the truck had sold but that he did have other trucks in that category. He also told me he could have some work done if I needed it. He was very polite and helpful, I will be going up there to look in person in a couple days. I expect to have another good review to post then.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
EVERYTHING WENT JUST AS WAS EXPLAINED TO US.VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE..WE HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP & WILL CONTINUE AS SERVICE IS AS EXPECTED..ALL WENT WELL.
