Matt was very impressive and made the whole process as smooth as possible. He quickly and honestly addressed any and all issues upfront and made our buying experience so much more pleasant. Exavier was also great to work with. He explained every aspect of the financing, warranties and service plans in great detail and eased any worries we had. The entire team made us feel welcomed and eager to earn our business. We will be back for future car needs.

Car has a rattle in dash and has a technical bulletin that was not applied at Audi while recall was done. Other than that car is in excellent condition and was delivered to our home. Picked up our old vehicle and was great experience overall.

Thank you to Andrew Tyson my original salesman and my servive representative 11/4/25 Steve Oliver for all their help today with my 2015 CADILLAC XTS car issue. So thankful for their professionalism and straight forward approach to resolve my problem and make me feel cared for and comfortable. I am so happy and pleased with all they did today. They are both great gentlemen and wanted to give them a shout-out to let others know about them too. Thanks again and also thanks for the complimentary car wash . You made my day.

Cable Dahmer Cadillac of Kansas City review
We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! She will do her best to get you in your dream car! THANK YOU STEPHANIE!!

I was referred to Charles by a friend and he helped me with my lease buyout. Between him and Chris in finance, it was THE BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. No runarounds, just straightforward, honest business and I can’t tell you how much that means to me especially when buying a car! Thanks for making the process a breeze!

Sapaugh GM CountryReviews
Sapaugh GM Country review
I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.

I worked with Zac today. This was the 3rd dealer/salesman in 3 weeks. This was the most pleasant experience my wife I have had. As far as the sales process went, we ONLY dealt with Zac, there was no pushy middleman saying we have to do this or that. The whole process went really well.

Great car. This is my 3rd new XT5. I got the car with optional V6 engine so it has plenty of power. I also got the car with Premium Luxury option, so it is loaded with nice features.

Pre visit was great. Salesman took a video of the car for me so I could inspect the vehicle further. Sales process was a little long. It a bigger dealership so they have their process to go through. Fair negotiation. Took a while to get to the finance office to close the deal. It’s a bigger dealership and it was a Saturday so expected. Overall good experience. I went to 6 other dealers and this why by far the best.
