2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Fair negotiation. Took a while to get to the finance office to close the deal. It’s a bigger dealership and it was a Saturday so expected. Overall good experience. The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

My experience started out very rough. I set up an appointment with Mina, and was told the car was ready for me to look at. My wife and I drove an hour and a half to look and test out the car. When we arrived Mina was with another customer showing the car we came to see. Mina acted as though she was avoiding me so I ask to speak to a manager. I spoke with the manager which did not help matters. This was one of my worst experiences buying a vehicle. Fortunately we were handed of to Brad Huffman and he saved the sale. If it were not for Brad I would have contacted Corporate.
2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.
