Our 2014 Passat, which has less than 65000 miles, has had only oil changes and a new set of tires, was past due for some love and care. The repairs were made and we are very happy with the results. The service department is amazing. We had an issue with our upholstery and were given a referral, since they are not able to assist. Communication with Matt was amazing. We were aware of what was happening with our vehicle during the entire process. The shuttle driver was lovely. We have every intention of keeping our Passat for years to come and they will definitely be the ones to carry out our maintenance and repair needs. We only wish Volkswagen made a hybrid van.

I bought a 2013 Cadillac XTS premium all-wheel drive with the V6. I paid $15,000 for it in 2019 and I have no regrets. The car has great performance Cadillac luxury and comfort. The amenities at technology is great although I am going to end up replacing the Cadillac cue system the heads up display in the digital instrumentation is awesome. Trunk space is adequate not as big as some of the bigger Cadillacs but it's plenty big for me.

Metric has some top of the line cars on their lot.I did my research through CarMax and choose to get the Lexus from Metric, and was approved in just a little time. We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.
