I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.

At first I was so thrilled when I bought this car, it looks great has a lot of room and the trunk space is also amazing. I do a lot of driving so I put a lot of miles on my car, right when it hit 50000 miles I figured maybe the tires were bad because the car was riding super rough I could feel every bump in the road and it violently shakes me around the car every little dip in the road and pothole is terrible. It's like a bat out of xxxx literally. Even though my tires had plenty of tread on it I decided to invest in $1,000 pair of Pirellis, still the same problem the car just rides terribly, I was thinking what happened to the saying rides like a Cadillac? Honestly this is terrible how can they make a car with such a stiff suspension feels like I'm riding on bricks all the time. I regret buying this car and honestly I should have just gone with the Lincoln Continental. I guess I learned my lesson on this one I will never buy a Cadillac again.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Cadillac has finally realized that their customers are not looking for a sports sedan, but a true luxury vehicle. I traded my 2016 XTS for the 2018 model just for that reason. The suspension is much softer than previous models and the significant reduction of road noise means I can now hear my music through the included Bose speakers without having to crank up the volume. Finally, Cadillac has made significant improvements to the functionality of their GPS and CUE systems. Bottom line, I'm keeping this one!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

My 2018 Cadillac XTS is a luxury car with ample bells and whistles. It garners whistles too as it easily and quietly cruises down the road. I have not enjoyed a car more than this one since my 1987 Cadillac Sedan de Ville, the last year Cadillac made the rear-wheel drive sedan. This XTS is not quite as large as the old Sedan de Ville but it rides just as well. I am very pleased with my XTS.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

Excellent style and comfort. It is like riding on your living room couch. Plenty of leg room and no one is cramped. We have taken our XTS on long 600 mile trips and you arrive relaxed and ready to go. Driving my XTS is a pleasure. The luxury, comfort and smooth ride add to an enjoyable trip. Running around town is a pleasure too. Has many great features to make your ride enjoyable especially the ride, seats and audio options.
My family has purchased many Cadillacs at Lindsay and it is always a very pleasant experience. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Jasper Fazio sold me my most recent Cadillac and she was a joy to work with.

As we love driving it everywhere???? Have driven Cadillacs since the seventys and loved them but this baby is the Queen of the Hop!!!
This was my first time at Criswell and my first Chevy! Anthony was the type of salesman you want to deal with. knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He listened to me about what I wanted and went out of his ways to get it.

love it so much .. i'm going to purchase a 2018 xts good car for the money. drives and rides well. Trunk could be a little bigger
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

I traded my loaded 2016 Impala LTZ on this new 2018 XTS because the Impala was not as quiet and not as soft of a rider. I have always wanted large cars with a luxury ride and feel, yet I want fuel efficiency and regular gas. To get the feel of luxury you need a quiet car, and the XTS is quiet. I could have bought a new identical but 2017 XTS at a big discount, but I drove both and the 2018 had a significantly smoother and quieter ride. The transmission shifts much more smoothly than the 2016 Impala, and with no gear searching like the Impala had.
I have had the 3.6 v6 engine in my last 3 cars and have had no reliability issues, so I'm confident the new XTS will just fine. Power is quite adequate for my driving, I've received good compliments about it's looks from others who seen it and rode in it. The car is optioned with the driver awareness package which is great with lane change alert (actually it will steer itself back into the lane if you go over the road lines w/o signalling), it can parallel park itself perfectly, 360 cameras and forward collision alert. I highly recommend this option.
It also has the two tone interior option that really jazzes up the looks. Also have heated and cooled seats and steering wheel plus heated rear seats. I have read many negative comments on the web about the CUE system, and all I can say is that I'm 64, and yet I learned how to use it in 10 minutes. It's not really complicated and it's very intuitive. I've been over this car with a fine toothed comb as they say, and I haven't found any flaws in the paint or interior workmanship.
The navigation works well and the Bose sound system is quite good. The A/C has worked well at cooling the interior on recent hot days.
After 2 months and 1500 miles, I'm very happy with my purchase

After searching all the dealer in my area concerning trading my C7 and purchasing the Cruze diesel,I contacted Criswell 1050 miles away. They beat all the dealers in my state by over $1000. Well worth to 1050 mile drive each way to make the deal. My salesman,Anthony Vattuone,made the experience seamless and could not have been more accommodating. I have recommended him AND the dealership on forums for anyone make a trade or buying outright. I had the best buying experience in decades with them and I will do so again.

I recently leased a new Cadillac XT5 from Lindsay. My sales consultant was Jasper Fazio and she was excellent. The overall facility is great and from the receptionist to the clean up person is courteous and pleasant. I would recommend Lindsay Cadillac to anyone.
I had my 2018 GMC Sierra in for service and need to have an additional key made for the vehicle. I had inquired previously about it and was told it was in the neighborhood of $60-70 dollars. This was pricey but fine. However when checking out, I was informed it would be $131 dollars. I had to one full hour of labor to make one key. I find this outrageous and totally unacceptable. I have serious doubts that I will return for service any further. I understand they have to set up the computer to cut the new style keys, but give me a break, one hour of labor! Thanks and guess I will see you another time.
