We visited a few dealers in the Twin Cities along with Juettner Motors for a new Expedition. Prices were similar but one sales person in the Cities provided double-talk when explaining sales incentives and certs while the other dealership punished us with a lengthy pitch on their Premium and Platinum paint, rust, and fabric protection packages. Bill Grove was fair with his pricing, answered all our questions, and didn't push any expensive protection packages. Overall, our car buying experience with Juettner Motors was relatively stress free.
The people were knowledgeable and fun to deal with. They were very friendly. The employees knew their stuff and did their job very well. I would recommend people to check out this dealership before buying.
Did not come in to trade but wanted to find out what rebates, I would qualify for and what my current 2014 Silverado would bring on a trade. I have completed work with Chuck before so sought his assistance again. He has proven to myself and Dianne that he will and does want you to be a totally satisfied buyer. He does go the distance to be advocate for you and sees to it that you are satisfied customer. But after learning of all the rebates, reduced prices on the trucks at the time, trade in value, available selection of trucks on the lot , We did make a decision to complete the trade. We have felt good about the decision ever since.

Bought a vehicle from them and after having it for 6 mo decided I didn’t like so went to trade it at a different dealer and found out the odometer was off 20,000 miles. Took a week to get my money back.
