The customer service is what brought me in to Tracy's. I had heard such good things about their many deals, their courtesies, no-pressure, I was not disappointed! They seemed like friends the minute I walked through the door. I can't say enough. I will keep purchasing my VW from Tracy!!!

I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. Came in looking for a Silverado. Sales rep was very helpful showing us a nice truck. Put a deposit down and came back on Monday to close. There was a discrepancy on the down payment that would have affected the payment but the finance Manager Sean worked it out in our favor. I would buy here again.

My vehicle needed a warranty repair. Cadillac has an excellent warranty pkg where you are provided a courtesy vehicle. I was provided with the same (new) vehicle as I now drive which was a nice surprise. The process with the Service Advisors...Tom, Michelle and Dave was excellent to say the least. All very professional, courteous and personal at the same time. When I made the appointment, I asked (based on the service message the car was giving me) how long it would take to repair. They were honest in that they would know better once they had it. It was important to them to communicate where the vehicle stood in terms of when it would be ready. I appreciated the communication throughout the process as opposed to waiting and wondering.
Our salesman, Dave, was very pleasant and we did not feel pressured when dealing with him. We had been to numerous dealerships looking at the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander and other gmc and Chevrolet dealerships, and Dave knew his product and was very informative helping us pick our vehicle. We actually bought it sight unseen.
Brian was the first salesperson we have ever dealt with at a dealership who was honest and not the slightest bit pushy. He listened to our needs and met them without trying to upsell. If all sales people were like Brian the car buying experience would be greatly improved for all. We can honestly say that from start to finish this was a great experience.
I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Subaru Impreza with just under 38,000 miles for around $16,500 after all was said and done. I also paid only $1,000 down. This included sales tax, gap insurance etc.... Toni and Bob were truly a delight. Toni made the car buying experience absolutely effortless. They had paperwork ready to go and registered my car right on sight for me. Even put my transferred plates on for me. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 11:00 a.m. and my car was ready to drive off the lot by approximately 2:15 p.m. They handled EVERYTHING for me.... EVERYTHING! Toni was extremely informative and helped me set up the right deal for my budget. And with his suggestions (which I ended up agreeing to) I now have auto pay bi-weekly. So, instead of paying a large sum once a month. I pay twice a month smaller installments. With the bi-weekly auto pay my new beauty will be paid off approximately 4 to 5 months earlier! I guess as I ramble on I don't have enough positive things to say about Atlantic Subaru and their staff!!!! I would 110% tell my friends and loved ones to check them out.
