We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

The car buying experience was great, It was a low pressure atmosphere and the people very accommodating since I needed to spend a couple hours in the dealership waiting for my husband to arrive. The car I bought was in great shape, just as they said over the phone. Everyone was super nice, Sammy, Elias, Abe and Victor! I recommend this place to all who need a car!

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. Honest, fair pricing, super friendly service. Didn’t buy the car I was looking at, only because I wasn’t ready and wanted to continue to look around. They told me right off the bat what their best price was, and didn’t try to pressure me even when I said I wanted to look around more. They thanked me for stopping in and giving them a chance. They told me their offer stands as long as the car was in their lot. They both seemed like genuine, friendly guys, just trying to build a good business, with a foundation of friendly service, and customer satisfaction.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Couldn’t get the truck Raceway had for sale! So I’m going to find another dealership.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I've never had any issues. Like with anything, when you find a good place to go, you stick with it. Their service department may be for cars but they service the customer as well.

The ride is the best ride I ever had I have had many Cadillacs and the comfort is amazing little pricey but well worth it.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

My husband was not happy with a gap between the hood & fender. He thinks that when they pulled the radiator support they should have pulled it more then you would not have the gap. The job took longer than we thought it take. They had the car almost two weeks. I would recommend them to buy a car through. We always had good experience with purchasing a car. I was looking for a chevy impala and I found one at Small Town Auto thru cars.com. It was in beautiful shape both inside and out. Even though it was a little older-2009 I decided to take it because of the low mileage-68,000. I am so satisfied. I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review to make sure I had no real problems with the car. There was a minor problem with the starter but the dealership took care of it and it was just over the 30-day warranty. It rides so smoothly and it has a lot of power as soon as you step on the gas the front end lifts up and boy it goes! I know it's a little older but I am so satisfied. I can tell this car will last. It's well worth the money and I only gave 750.00 down because that's all I had at the time. They work with you. So don't be afraid, if you need a car buy one from this dealership! I'm not sorry you won't be either!

Bought a 2010 sedan. Has 170,000 miles on it. Absolutely love driving this car. Put a 60 hp Thorton chip in it. Woke it up! Already looking for second one. Not one rattle in it for as many miles as it has. Great value for the money and aton of aftermarket parts.
