I have been doing business with new car dealerships since July 5, 1966 and my experience has been extensive. I have purchased new vehicles and had them serviced at dealerships across the state of Texas, as far west as Colorado, and east to Georgia and North Carolina. I have been an employee at an upscale luxury car dealership. Some experiences were good, some average, and some I would rather not discuss. Huffines Kia in Corinth, Texas takes the customer relationship to whole new level. From Kia Product Expert Bert Berlanga, Senior Sales Manager Gary Davis, and Finance Manager Ben Frazer the new car buying experience was the best I have ever experienced. Each person's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond were exemplary. It is obvious that the pre-eminent concern of this dealership is to place the customer's satisfaction as first priority. It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Huffines Kia and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the market for any transportation needs.
2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

Ryan Chong responded to Alan's online inquiry almost immediately, but what impressed us most was what happened next. We were on vacation at the time, and Ryan never pressured us. He gave us space, stayed professional, and followed up thoughtfully rather than constantly. When we returned home, Alan expressed interest but got busy and didn't get back to him right away. Ryan waited an entire week before reaching out again, which is almost unheard of in car sales. There was no badgering, no pressure, and no endless phone calls or emails. When we finally visited the dealership, Ryan had already earned our trust. The experience only got better from there. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle. He gave us an outstanding offer from the start, so there was no need for the usual back-and-forth negotiations. Most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process, two words rarely associated with buying a car. Kate in Finance continued that same experience. She was professional, informative, and never pushy. The entire transaction was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from beginning to end. We drove away not only thrilled with my new X5, but also confident that we've found the dealership where we'll purchase our next BMW. 2019 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
Car met all my expectations, comfortable and handles very well, beautiful design and has all the bells and whistles. I recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for luxury and handling.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

2017 Cadillac Escalade review
I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

2013 Cadillac CTS-V review
I have owned my 2013 CTS-V sedan since new and have 63k miles on it. It is a pure joy to drive ,fast ,handles great, looks fantastic,etc. Gas mileage is not great around town but over 20 mpg on highway. Very reilable, new brakes at 60k and then just normal routine maintenance. I live in New Jersey and Florida - V never gets driven in snow and am on my 4th set of tires but what the xxxx it does 0-60 sub 4 seconds has 4 doors !!! I can afford to buy a lot of hot new cars but this car is such a hoot to drive I will keep forever.

This vehicle is amazing. When you hit the gas it pins you and your passenger back in the seat. The gas pedal response is absolutely amazing. On the highway it always seems to have more. Long distance drive are a joy and loads of fun. The handling is amazing.

2021 Cadillac XT5 review
Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

2024 Cadillac XT4 review
Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

2023 Cadillac LYRIQ review
Overall, very satisfied with our Lyriq. Beautifully designed and mostly trouble free for literally a brand new vehicle with brand new technology. Solid and comfortable. One complaint is that super cruise works sporadically. One day on a certain stretch of highway, It works fine, the next day,not so much. What’s up with that? Would also love to see more than a measly six month trial on OnStar. Unless you pay for an OnStar subscription, you can’t track your vehicle through the app or even start it from the app. Come on Cadillac you’re not Chevrolet, you can do better, especially for this important vehicle.

I think this car this amazing! Everything cadi has always lived up to be! I can't wait to drive it! I owned a cts a few years ago and wasn't disappointed back then either. I haven't drove this one yet but I am so jacked! I'm the pickyest of picking out phones and cars. I will look forever before I finally pick one to take home. I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

2024 Cadillac XT4 review
We wanted to downsize from a 2020 Buick Encore . . . so we did! As a GM customer for 50 years, we leaned towards an Envision, but were turned off by its foreign origin. Although, I was aware of the somewhat mediocre reviews of the '23 XT4, we drove the '24 and found it much improved. Quiet, comfortable, stylish with a unique infotainment system and very peppy with the 2.0 Turbo. We are very happy with this crossover, especially since it's been getting great mileage (30+mpg).

2020 Cadillac XT4 review
We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Honestly love the car just bought it a month ago 81k miles on it , drives better then my 5 series BMW I have that’s a 2015 with 40k miles on it , drives smooth looks good and has some zip around power if needed id recommend it great car !

2010 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid review
Lots of small problems. Vehicles pretty amazing for $63000. Waited to the year end for best price. Worth the wait. Averages 22 miles per gallon. In the future, caddilac should work on ambient lighting, plastic side panels, and initial quality. Still awesome vehicle.
