my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

My husband and I recently purchased a used GMC Acadia from the Nashua Dealership. I popped in the day before without my husband to get an idea for what I was looking for initially. I met Veronica who was a very friendly saleswoman. She was easy going and not pushy- which was welcoming. We were back and forth between deciding to look at a vehicle at the sister location in Plaistow, which I had been communicating with online saleswoman Victoria about. There was a delay in the Plaistow vehicle being ready to look at, so we decided to meet with Veronica in Nashua on a Saturday morning. She was so easy to work with and patient. We did not go home with the vehicle right away, as paperwork needed to process through the CU during business hours on a weekday. While waiting Veronica contacted me to notify that there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and that CarFive was going to take care of them. Ultimately there ended up being a few times of the car going in and out of the shop to get it tip top. Again, throughout that process she kept communication with me and was very responsive. When I went to the dealership on her day off, every employee I came in contact with was so kind and accommodating. From sales to service, we would definitely recommend CarFive to anyone!
