I've been having my car serviced at Academy Ford for several years now. The service is always excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I really have no complaints. My service advisor, Derek Watson, is always very professional and makes sure all my problems/repairs are completed before I leave. If I need transportation back and forth to the dealer from home, he makes sure that happens for me.

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.

Great work van, smooth, lots of power, fully loaded with Bluetooth phone connectivity, cruise control, power mirrors, audio controls on steering wheel! 6.0 V8 engine, lots of room in the Cab and Cargo area! Good looking van!

Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
