The Sales Manager Jon Butterworth made my entire car buying process happen in less than a half hour over the phone. I bought my vehicle from Shaver completely sight-unseen and never even stepped foot in the building. This was by far the easiest, no hassle buying process I've ever experienced from anywhere, let alone a car dealership. I've put more time and effort into buying a pair of pants than I did buying my car. I asked Jon for a good deal and he gave me a good deal. 2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
This Van actually do drives like a Mercedes Sedan and the 25-30 mpg keeps money in your pocket. Every part of this Van is much better than what we experienced from other Vans in the past. Very good "work horse" for sure.
