Otis Ford review
I had a problem with Otis Ford during my first visit to their service department. I let them know and their recovery has been unbelievable. Trust and relationships are built when things are tough, not when everything goes well. I can truly say that Tom and the staff at Otis Ford have gained a loyal customer by demonstrating their commitment to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service.

Otis Ford review
BK Fire Suppression & Security Systems has worked with Bill Seydel for the last 9 years purchasing new and pre-owned Ford Vans / Trucks. His knowledge and searching for specific vehicles that meet our demand goes beyond what others have done over the last 35+ years that we have been in business. We will continue to reach out to Bill in the coming years because we know we have someone who is looking out for us in our best interest. Otis Ford is very fortunate to have a salesman of his caliper, and we are very pleased to be doing business with Bill and Otis Ford. Keep up the great service !

I bought a ford certified pre owned truck. Carl Vail was my salesman and provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. He sold me the truck and completed the entire loan process. It was the first vehicle I bought that did not have a back room sales pitch for extras. Thank you

Keith was very professional and got me out of the office in no time. Will definitely recommend this dealership.
2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
About cargo vans
Which cargo van has the best MPG?
The Chevrolet City Express has the best MPG among traditional internal combustion cargo vans and offers up to 24 MPG city and 26 MPG highway for a combined rating of 25 MPG. These figures are based on EPA mileage ratings and are for comparison purposes only. The actual mileage will vary depending on the selected vehicle model year, trim, driving conditions, driving habits, vehicle maintenance, and other factors.
Which cargo van has the longest range?
