Luther North Country FordReviews
Luther North Country Ford review
My experience working with Jake Olson with the sales team at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln was positive from the beginning. Initially I was just looking to see what the new 2026 Ford Ranger Lariat had to offer over my 2021 model Ranger Lariat and not so much into making a purchase on a new one. After hearing what Jake could do for me with an offer for my 2021 model in trade my interest was piqued and it was a matter of finding one in the right color. They had one that was just ready to be shipped from the factory in the Carbonized Gray Metallic and I was sold. Jake was able to give me a great deal on my trade-in 2021 model and for the additional tonneau cover and spray-on bed liner accessories. The shipping time dragged on a bit longer than anticipated, but it arrived in time for closing on the deal with Jake and getting a basic introduction to all of the bells and whistles. Then finally finishing the paper work with David Latta just before a planned vacation. Needless to say, but I highly recommend Jake and the rest of the sales team at Luther North Country Ford. Getting used to all of the electronics is the most time consuming particularly when it comes to the navigation system, but once you get it all figured out it is a big plus. The system saved time when I was traveling recently and encountered a potential 20 minute trave delay because of construction work. It sent me to a short alternate route to bypass the delay and as a result I arrived at basically the original planned arrival while saving myself from that delay time.

While this van isn’t perfect, needs a few minor repairs, it was exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. Anything much newer would have been out of my budget, good value for the money

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

Worked with Alex on buying 2020 BMW X5, great car, no issues after 10,000 at all. I am definately going to come back for another car!
2012 Nissan NV Cargo review
Great cargo van. the V6 engine is powerful. Drives smooth, quiet, comfortable. Good looking exterior. Cons: - Gas mileage too low: only 15MPG on hwy, 9MPG in city (not posted anywhere.) - No glass window on sliding door, which is really needed for right side view. - Dashboard is a little too high, while driver seat can't raise. - No exterior colors to choose, but white only, for NV1500 & 2500, like shown in brochure. Other than these, I like the van a lot after driving more than 1000 miles.

We bought a used SUV from Donaldo at Dalbo/Heartland late on a Saturday (he stayed even later to finish the deal). The sales experience was stellar the entire time. We even purchased and then cancelled an extended warranty that he facilitated with no complaint. He went out of his way to make our experience exceptional. Eight thumbs up from our whole family!

Fury Ford Waconia review
I went to look at a vehicle sales manager who I ask for was busy , so waited until sales Ron Wagner ( Big Dady) got in and said would like to drive the 2016 ford exporer that was on the lot, and then he knew I just wanted to drive it, so waited a little longer walked back to his desk and said do you still have it and said yes I can I drive the vehical and he said let me get the key's and let me drive the vehicle, by myself , let me mention that know him a little, he ask me how liked the vehicle when I got back from test driving it and though he kinda knew that I might not buy the vehicle , he was very easy going said Iam glad that you licked driving the vehicle, even though I had a few things that I didn't like about the vehicle, I gave him a hard time about all the sales awards on his desk, if they just copies and he took it personally I said I was just kidding, but I must say when you have salesman who has 20 years selling vehicles who is laid back as Ron, a desk full of sales awards this guy knows what he is doing and with out being pushy or worried that he sell a car, he is confident in his ablity sell a vehicle even though he is commision salesman , he knows if you don't buy from him he will be able to sell to someone thus he laid back and will not be pushy and, I other salesmen at this dealership and are and don't have ability to be easy going as Ron , also have ask him many different questions on various vehicles and he is very knowledgeable about ford vehicles , so if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, or just need information about a vehicle, you might want give him a try.

Import Auto Sales review
This is a company that takes salvage vehicles and gives them new life. I felt my car was reasonably priced and they did a great job of putting everything out in the open. Showed me the damage photos and the work they did to repair it. Ty did a great job of explaining this. I ended up buying the vehicle, trading in my other one and they were more than understanding in giving me time to get the title from my other vehicle. Buy the extended warrantee they offer. It's worth it.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
