I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

I searched on the web for used 10 passenger vans and all it gave me were 15 passenger vans which meant I would have to get it upfited. I asked ChatGpt to help me and they led me to Hengehold. They had exactly what we were looking for and a good price. Steve was superful helpful. What I loved about this experience is that there was no sales push and no need to negotiate. I thought we would be in the showroom for hours and we had a pleasant experience. The sale was fast and easy.
