They are always courteous and attentive to my needs. The waiting area is very clean and so is the ladies restroom. If you are thirsty, they provide free bottled water and you can watch TV, read, work puzzles, charge your devices, or take a nap while you wait.

I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.
