We bought neaaly 10 vehicles over the years from Michael’s motor Company. Staff is always friendly, courteous, ethical, and honest. Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. You’re buying used vehicles, for Pete’s sake. What did you expect?

Micheal Motors seemed like a good dealership. Darren is a great non-pushy salesman. The Car was a good car at a great price. There was a feature I found in another car I would like to have. I haven't ruled them out but I want to see where the other goes. Good luck your car search.

JB who prepares the cars gives a friendly and professional first impression. He will probably greet you at the front door. The owner Karen is very thoughtful, thorough, and considerate. I was able to purchase an SUV within my insurance total loss budget. Darren completed the sale. I would recommend this team.

I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

My husband was overseas, and I was out of the country while trying to coordinate the purchase of a car which would be imported shortly after purchase to another country. Ronnie and Dixie Motors were so helpful and worked with us to coordinate holding and purchasing the vehicle which was a major stress reliever. Not only did they work with us and our unique situation but went above and beyond to start the process for us on the requirement standards for exporting a vehicle. I cannot say enough about the exceptional staff at Miracle Ford. I was in the market for a new truck at the end of the model year and Miracle had exactly what I needed at a competitive price. Chris Fitts is very knowledgeable on trucks! All of the sales staff were very helpful as I needed some instruction on the higher tech features. You can tell that the teamwork and culture at Miracle is world class! It was well worth my 125 mile drive to get this truck... I could not be happier.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!
